I disagree with the keep your alarm away from your bed cause getting up from the bed immediately can cause you to get a head rush and is dangerous for you. You need to give yourself time to wake up drink water and all first before you get up from bed and you have said not to use phone as alarm but throughout the video you have used your phone and even in other videos

As a student I wake up at 4 and dosen't need an alarm. My body automatically loses its sleep when it's 4 am.

I have a simple trick to wake up early - jitne time Mei Uthna hai utni baar pillow pe Sar maro aur dekhna which exact time pe uthoge hope this helps
