I went through peri-menopausal hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia etc for over 8 years before I finally went into full blown menopause at the age of 47. Now that I’m post menopausal I freeze all the time but also sometimes flush so bad and feel hot. I feel like the hormones will never be normal. I forgot how that feels. lol I too, would not take HRT but I had no idea there were other options. I went through all these years with absolutely no meds for my symptoms. Hmm, might need to look into alternative meds. Have a great cruise! i almost booked that exact ship and itinerary but my husband couldn’t get the time off.

I went on a 13 day trip right after buying those from the NSALE. According to my apple watch I walked a total of 65 miles during that trip. I switched between those and the other pair of on clouds that I purchased from the NSALE too and a pair of skechers sandals. I am usually a size 10 with a wide foot and I sized to a 10.5 in them. I am telling you those were the most comfortable shoes I have worn so I really hope they work for you. I have been an avid Skechers sneakers lover so I was shocked I liked the on clouds that much. I would really hate if you bought a recommendation from me (especially as expensive as they are) and you didn't like them. I love the dresses you are taking on your cruise!! I hope you have a wonderful trip!
I know I love them already. Your foot size is why I picked them up. I never see anyone with a foot size similar to mine, they always have delicate size 7's. lol. Having walked and run in them since I got them ( on the treadmill ) I am LOVING them, so THANK YOU! I never would have even tried them. I am going to pick up another pair in black, a different style more for running. I was a Sketchers girl for a very long time but they didn't work for a run so I started wearing Under Armor but my style was discontinued and I couldn't find a pair I liked. I have the same On Cloud shoes. My doctor suggested these 2yrs ago. I wear them everyday. You are going to love them. I suggest these to all my friends and family. So funny I have a “high big toe” too. I sized up 1/2 size and it has worked out great.

I wake up sweating constantly (nightmares) to the point I'm sopping wet, but Sheex has some really good bedding thats moisture wicking, and cooling. They're a bit expensive but super comfy, and they help a lot. They're worth it for sure! Hope you feel better with it soon. Also my spine is horrible and I constantly pull my trap muscles, because of a nerve injury that is connected to it all. wonder if thats something with you? I'm also about the same size as you, so I will definitely look into those neck pillows! Thanks for the rec! :)

Well......I'm not sure that the hot flashes ever go away. Mine greatly decreased a year or so after starting with them but they return now and again. Right now I'm in a cycle of getting them again. Luckily they are shorter and not as intense as when I went through it. That's the only symptom I had so I can't complain.
I have been reading some women have them for life, ugh! I would be very happy with greatly reduced, for sure. I am glad yours are at least less intense and shorter. WOWZA I was not expecting this huge change... As women I really think we need to spread the word so other women are prepared for this. Oh HECK I see a 94 high day if you are getting there the 28th they are also talking showers after that. As of the 25th of August. LOL Looking at Christmas but hear a werewolf howling in the background You look good in that melon color with the pants. Just my thought. You have the right skin tone. Oh those linen pants would be great in NY honestly. lol I LOVE flair/wide leg. Grew up on them. My kids call them "moms hippie cool pants." Which my daughters now like to steal Have you checked with Chewy's for Little Dogs meds? They are usually really good getting in touch with your vet or if you have the script you can upload it to them. Another place to check is Target or if you have CVS, heck Costco may have it. That sweater reminds me of what I had and bought for my mom in the 90's. LOVED that sweater.
Haha! The werewolf was so funny, I thought the same thing. The wide leg is so in style and the large cuff wide leg I just cannot get into it. I have linen pants I usually bring along on cruises just not sure what I want to wear this time since the weather will be mixed. A rain coat is coming! :) Little Dog is on a "controlled substance" couch medication so I have to go in and pick up the handwritten RX and then go inside the pharmacy to get it filled. My vet mails meds but we are there so often I just pick them up. We use Chewy for their heart worm/flea treatments... We need the savings with all these fur babies...lol. Thank you my friend! Hugs!

Hi! We booked last minute and had no idea it was a Love Boat sailing until recently. We are on Princess' email list and they advertised this sailing which lined up with our trip to NYC. So I would recommend you sign up for emails... our Planner also is very good, he has emailed some deals to us, too. I am happy to share his info with you if you'd like it. Our luggage is Ricardo Beverly Hills. We picked it up at costco, Robert has replaced the wheels on the carry on but we rolled it through something that stuck on the wheels and then got into the bearings so that is not the fault of the luggage. They have great customer service. My carry on is the Swiss Gear brand, I love it and it has been a great bag, takes my abuse of over packing and stretching the zipper to it's max! lol. Hugs!!
