Adrenaline for long periods of time is not healthy. It can ruin relationships, each to their own. Apparently running yourself into the ground is healthy and totally a thing everyone should do. Everything in moderation, be patient, be kind and kick some ass if you want. All of it matters and it really doesn't matter in the end.

Edit: I had even forgotten about that comment, but since then I fought once again and won by decision in a dominant way in a 3 round fight, I got there with a different mentality and tried to stay calm and aware as much as possible, trying to focus on the as much as possible on my opponent and in the present, thinking that this was just another sparring session but that I could knock him out, it was much better than the first time that I couldn't do anything that i trained.
A book that changed my life in ways that I never could imagine is "Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution".Drop whatever you're doing right now and go find that book. Trust me after I implemented things from the book my testosterone levels went beast mode

Religion can be logically explained with zero doubts as an atheist. Disproving this very likely scenario is needed in order to justify Christianity or any religion being actually "true". It needs to be unlikely that humans could create religion for god to be proven real. Since it is undeniably likely that religion, a relatively simple concept, can be explained through humans just making it up to explain the world, god is not real. -Where you were born has a massive influence on what religion you will be brought up as. Coincidentally, humans split off in history and created their own cultures and stories. I wonder if this is related, and if its possible that humans just like to create stories and make up gods... -There is no reason for me stubbing my toe to hurt. It's pointless suffering. There is no reason for a deer to be crushed by a tree, alone, and suffer for hours until death. There is no reason for a child to die of leukemia. All of this can be explained through science and evolution 100%. It can also be explained by "god works in mysterious ways".
