- Wat Pho gets about 10,000-15,000 visitors daily. It’s a beautiful temple in Thailand and Thailand’s most visited landmark. Everyone should visit it at least once. But there are over 400 temples in Bangkok alone, so I decided to look for a temple without any tourists. My mission was to find a “normal” temple where Thai people go on a daily basis, rather than going to the most visited temple in the country. I was looking for a tranquil, peaceful temple, a respite from the chaos of the mega city. With the help of some friends along the way, I found exactly what I was looking for.

Introducing Wat Debsirin It is a temple of the ancient kings. Located in the heart of Bangkok There is a very beautiful temple church. I want you to see it. Not many tourists go. Most of them are Thai people who go to make merit.

In ancient of Siam(Thailand), temple was kind of school it was the place that collected many subjects of knowledge especially moral and mind (inner control) even medical ,war dossier, arts ,etc.
And usually man becomes monk once to practice they mind (inner peace)
But by times traditional became believed and overlook the real purpose 😅

Did you know this area, Bhuddha yodfah bridge, Metropolitan electric ity authority were bombed by US in WW2 and Wat leab was damaged too. And every Wat, monks have to pray for evening at 18.00 Buddhists can join.
