I started playing guitar on February 2020 I learned few begginers songs like : losing my religion, the man who sold the world,A horse with not name and few more... I think it's time to move to something more advance so I'm planning on learning this song any suggestions on bar chords?

Thanks! I would suggest for bar chords to learn minor shapes, for example G minor, D minor etc Once you learn that one bar chord, you can use it on any fret and it makes it easier to figure out songs and their chords. Also E major 7 is an awesome chord to learn and you can use it on any fret as well
