The man is not of this world. At age 62, and a lifetime Atlantan, this is a beautiful thing for me. We love our Braves. I’ve been watching since I was a child. Win or lose…now I’m witnessing history for my hometown and for the best sport in the world

In what was a season full of highlights and mind blowing numbers a few stood out. The 3 in LA which was at a time in the season where some people in the media and obviously California were starting to try and push Mookie into the conversation for MVP all he did was homer in each game. 1 a Grand Slam to become the first 30/60 guy, then the most impressive one where he hit a homerun at 121 mph! (Insert Mookie Betts facial expression meme here) but maybe the next craziest homer was the one against Wainwright where I something im not sure i have ever seen before where he hit a line drive so low and hard what looked like was destined to be a hard line drive single or at most a double just stayed on that line and continued on over the fence.

Line up is not the same without him...Even though he got hurt, he was still a threat and the reigning MVP...😢
I noticed that he wasn't playing the same though, I just didn't think he'd get hurt...
