Hey brother, first off I appreciate the information you’re giving on this video just curious for a bolt on coyote stick s197 that plans to get a whipple in the future that’ll mainly used to corner on backroads with the very occasional track outings, for a street setup would you prefer a 19x9.5 up front w/ a 19x10.5 in the rear 285/35/ up front, 305/35 in the rear (9.5&10.5 are the only options for the wheels I plan on getting for the car) or a 19x10.5 on all 4 with a 305/35 on all 4 ? Car will very rarely see the track, it’ll be more of a mountain curvy roads/ backroads type of deal. Thanks again!
The only Gentleman I'll listen about my mustang. Just took advice on your 19x10 all ■ and investing on some serious tires. What brand do you recommend for 285/35 Michelin,Bridge etc... 285 aren't cheap but I can see the 50K mile warranty So I see why..
Michelin is always the best choice for ultra high performance at a price to match. Falken, Continental, Hankook and Yokohama do have tires in the 300 treadwear range that are also somewhat comparable in terms of performance.
For RWD, my car’s factory setup is 225/50/18 for front and 245/45/18 for rear. I have some buddies run square setup with 245/45/18. If front and rear rims have Different offset, can you still do tire rotation??
You would need to use the same offset for the wheels to do a tire rotation. You could rotate the tires by using the mounting and dismounting method, but that can also be costly because a tire shop would need to do it for you. In most cases you can run a square setup and use a wheel with the same offset front and rear on most Mustangs.
You would probably need to run 1in spacers on the front and have the correct offset to have the tires clear of any rubbing on front end components or fender. I’d suggest consulting with someone at Steeda for the correct spec. Yes you could then rotate with no issues.

For a 3.7L mustang what would be the best rear tires for it’s 300+ hp with mpt tune? 275 or 285?
275 or 285 would work great!
How about 285/35/19 back and 255/40/19 front s550 PP1
Got a S550 was thinking of an 18×11 square set up, is this doable in a manner that the tires can be rotated easily?
