Ashley: Planner Queen!
Thank you Ashley for making this amazing video and sharing your thoughts on it! I enjoyed so much watching it and I love how you explain everything in a simple and informative way!😀
Hi Bushimen!! Thank you so much for watching, enjoying, and creating this wonderful planner! I can't wait to use the PAL again next year, really a great design -Ashley
Great job Ashley! TFS. Very informative & helpful. Even if you are biased 😁...
I already got a hobonichi A6 techo, but this PAL planner sounds great for simple planning for work and projects 😭 i've never heard of this planner so thank you for the in depth vid, Ashley! ✨
I loved the PAL planner the first time I saw it - a weekly like this is exactly how my mind works! I ordered it from Yoseka (ofc!) and this will be my first year using it. I’m going to use it for work + study and I think it will help me keep projects and other notes/ideas organized. Thank you for going through it in-depth Ashley, it was super helpful!
MIO paper is the best and Bushimen is the best of best! I love that Yoseka carry it. I already got mine.
Thanks Ashley for another planner guide! Your walk through is very informative and helpful.
right on time ashley! a clear and thorough explanation as usual ☺️ i hope i enjoy mine as much as you did yours ✌️ happy (early) 2023 🎉
You have definitely shown me a keen contender for my planner next year in this one! Thanks so much for sharing Ashley! I love watching your reviews! So delightful 💜
I love the simplicity of this planner. Wish I had seen this before I ordered my 2023 planner. Ah, well. I decided to purchase it (from Yoseka, my first order from you!) anyway and use it as a Cleaning Schedule planner. It will give me a chance to test it out and see if I would like to use it as my main planner in 2024. Thanks for the great video, Ashley! 🖋📔
I can't wait to use my first PAL in 2023! I'm going to use it as my Health/Wellness/Medical plan & log. I'll be using the line around each day as my exercise tracker, by considering it as a 60 minute (rectangular 😄) clock and highlighting the length of time I exercised on the line around the day. Then, I plan on dividing each day into quarters (thanks to that handy little dot in the center), and using each quarter for notating different categories such as Mood, Symptoms/Pain level, Meals, etc. I'll be tracking sleep hours horizontally on the left side of the monthly tracker, and haven't decided yet what all I will track vertically on the right side. Dr appts on the calendar side, note pages in the back for lab results, doctor notes, etc. It's such a thin planner but the amount of usable space is absolute genius!
My word of the year for 2023 is JOY and while I've never had a color of the year before, this happy yellow cover inspired me to! If I'm having a bad day, hopefully seeing it will spark joy. 💛💛💛
This is beautiful Melanie! thank you for sharing your plans with your PAL. I'm sure the sunny yellow cover will bring you joy throughout 2023 and I love using the perimeter as a clock face!
Thanks Ashley for the video!
For clarity, the Chinese calendar is a lunisolar calendar - as such, the Chinese characters on the lower right hand corner of the daily boxes are not holidays per se, but are more accurately one of the 24 'solar terms'.
Thank you so much for sharing!! Definitely good to know :)
Oh what a great planner, so many interesting ideas within it and you explained them so clearly. Looks like I found out about it too late for this year as it seems to be sold out everywhere, but have it on my keep an eye on list for next year.
Oh no! If you email us, we can check if we have any extras for you!
And I had to watch this video just after I placed an order for other goodies 🤦♀️. Actually, do you have any videos on the Take a Note Planner? I’m curious about that one too. May end up ordering both of those…after I already have ordered Hobonichi, TN diaries….
Thank you so much for walking through this planner; I ordered one through your store! Beyond gel pens and highlighters, do you have any other recommendations for things that work well with this planner (stamps, tabs, etc )? Again, great video! :D
Excited for you to use the PAL! Ashley uses FriXion stamps and she also uses the MD Clip band as an add-on notebook closure for the PAL. I believe her favorite pen to use in this is the sarasa nano which helps her write small and keep things neat and organized. This is her work planner so I see her use it all the time lol in case you think it's weird how well I know her set up hahaha -Daisy
@@Yoseka how did I, a lover of Zebra Sarasa, not know about Nano series? 😑😅 Guess I'll be grabbing a few! Thanks for the info, and I totally get knowing what your friends/coworkers use, haha!
I love MIO paper for my Frixion pens, sturdy to erase them, and takes the ink beautifully. Tomoe River paper 52gsm is not sturdy for erasing Frixion pens.
