As a vocalist that was alive when this song was new, I have heard dozens and dozens of covers of this song- I was honestly waiting to see the usual "artistic cop out" on the famous high note (heck, I couldn't even get there in my prime and I doubt Coverdale could get all the way there now). And then she soared higher and higher and higher! Extremely well done!
Yeah, four full octaves in her every day singing, but she is capable of soaring to five, like Mariah Carey and Pat Benatar. She is hotter than either of them too.
everything worked .. vocals dead on .. instruments perfect .. production was great .. and the eye candy was there .. reminded me of an 80's MTV video ..

I've seen so many of the bands you've covered in concert. Yes, I'm old, crippled, and still rocking at 66. A disabled US Army veteran and a carpenter for over 50 years. My granddaughter wants a keyboard for Christmas. She loves your videos. Thanks for inspiring the next generation of rock stars. My dad taught me acoustic guitar when I was 10. I've broken my left hand in 4 places and cut the middle finger on my right hand off. It was sewn back in 3.5 hours. I broke my right wrist, too, and my back 4 times. Stay safe. Once broken, the body never heals completely.
I'm really loving the attitude and confidence showing in Andreea's voice. Her range is also improving nicely. I don't envy Andrei for having to recreate John Sykes' guitar parts but he did a damn fine job as always.

"OOOoohhhhhh..... MAMA" !!! MAJOR respect to the FUTURE of METAL for taking on one of the most ICONIC metal anthems in history and KILLING IT!!! This is NOT an easy song to play, and play well. Andrea just CRUSHED the vocals on this one. Her tone, inflections, everything was near perfection. Keep this up, and she will be quite the force to be reckoned with! Of course, we can't forget about Andrei and the rest of the Iron Cross. The grooves are deep, tight and played to perfection. Even the lengthy bridge section is handled with class, panache, and professionalism! Amazing achievement guys! Keep 'em coming!

I agree. this is one of the hardest bands to cover, look at the talent in Whitesnake. There's not one musician in this performance that had an easy job. and I'm actually blown away buy every one of them.
Back in the day, this was one of my fave new songs to come out. I have no idea how many times I listened to it over the years but it's been a lot. I have to say, you not only nailed it but exceeded all possible expectations I may have had. You just got a new fan and subscriber outta me.
