We had a history teacher that was also a basketball coach. He would tell students to read certain pages of the book in class then fall asleep. Luckily, I didn’t have him, but heard the stories and passed by his class at times and saw him nodded off. The other history teacher on the other hand was great and glad to have him.
Cheater story: these are my favorite stories. It still sucks that he got cheated on, I really feel bad for anyone that happens to. But so many times cheaters make out like bandits during divorces and it makes me happy to hear that a cheater actually got what was coming to them. Way to go OP!
WTH was story 5?! You already know they take horrible care of them and so your solution is to put the child in MORE pain?! They can get infections, backed up bowels, get seriously ill, and all sorts of horrible ailments from not being taken care of properly. NEITHER of these people are mature enough to have a child if they USE the child to punish a neglectful/abusive parent. Which is what the neglectful one is doing. That's abuse. My heart goes out to that poor child.
The reason public schools double up on having coaches also be teachers is simply to save money, by not having to pay for two different staff members to teach and coach. And since the U.S. is so sports focused in terms of high school and college, they'll sooner hire a coach and make them teach rather than higher a teacher and make them coach.
Story 5: it gives the mom the reality of what she will have to deal with when there isn’t a social worker and/or foster mom. So bio mom should deal with it properly or decide what’s best for the child
Story 7: Golly G man, thats’s just crazy. But yeah she got what she deserved and I hope it wasn’t told to her at court, but a few days after her shotgun waiting for her sugar(less) daddy
Richard story: I have a job like that where workers can say pretty much whatever, and I mean whatever, they want to fellow employees and even supervisors. This week I personally saw/heard someone tell my boss to “go to hell” and that the way they treat us is “effing abuse!” in front of many other employees. He got told to be quiet and that was it. 😂😂😂
Dorm door locked story: Can't say I feel the least bit sorry for the roommate. I know many people drop their keys in a certain place (mostly) and think that's good enough, not realizing that doing so makes stealing the keys easier. And then there's the people who have "permission" to borrow said keys, don't put them back where they belong and lose them. Whenever I let someone use my keys I make them hand them back to me, just saying they put them somewhere isn't good enough. I make them go get them to hand them to me and I don't care if it inconveniences them to do so. Where do I keep my keys? In my pants pocket at all times when not in use. Football coach story: I personally don't follow sports, but I'm not going to put them down either. They can teach important lessons. BUT...the number of high school athletes that actually go on to have a professional career is miniscule. You've got a much better chance of having a career in TV/radio/media production or even as an actor (though maybe not as a "star") than you do as a professional athlete. And this was probably the coach's problem. He probably didn't even get to a major college as a football player himself, let alone as a professional. So he wanted to try to make it big as a coach and failed there too. Foster mom story: Is what the foster mom doing necessary? ABSOLUTELY YES! Not changing diapers as needed leads to diaper rash. Not bathing the baby as needed leads to other skin conditions. The combination makes for a sick and stinky baby. I'll be generous and assume that this is a young mother with little to no support and has no one to show her the ropes for the daily care and feeding of a baby. Right now she only has limited custody. If she ever wants full custody, she's going to need to prove she can provide proper childcare. If she can't, she'll fully lose parental rights and the baby will be taken from her. I hope she learns before it's too late.
That guy was seriously awful, but marijuana needs to be legalized fully. It's the reason I'm still alive. It helps me feel better on my worst depressive episodes.
In regards to the student loan (if this was in the U.S.): it depends on the type of loan, but _if_ it's taken out when you're married, it's marital debt in most US states. _If_ it's taken out before the marriage, it can't be split to the spouse. It's unlikely that it would be able to be transferred to the new husband if they divorce, but again, it depends on the state. Typically, student loan debt is only transferable to the spouse if it was taken out during the course of the marriage - and again, it depends on the type of student loan. Dunno the case for other countries though.
My brother-in-law and his new wife was hit with a huge debt, all because her ex husband had failed to pay the bill to the IRS during their marriage. Be cause she signed the completed tax form. (even though it was make believe numbers) she was still on the hook for half of all debts generated during the marriage. My daughter ended up paying a little over 60 thousand dollars to get out of her marriage. It was all student loans and that was 40 percent of the total debt from her ex husbands schooling.
@@elysamoulding7690 That particular case has the element of tax fraud in it, and is significantly more complicated than a cut and dry, "did you obtain these loans before or during the marriage?" What I'm talking about (and this story), is a case of someone who has been paying their student loans debts and chooses to get divorced while still in debt. What your brother-in-law did was tax fraud, and because they filed jointly, he roped your daughter into it, however unwillingly.
Haha all I could think was "So _that's_ how people pay off massive student loans!" If it was intentional and there was strong evidence, the wronged partner could probably sue for fraud. Actually fraud is a crime, so they could press charges too. But not this couple, it seems the med student went into the marriage with genuine intentions.
23:16 FYI, since "cu*k" is short for "cuckold," which is an older English term that isn't all that offensive, you can just say the full work instead of trying to censor the abbreviated word
I had a history teacher that could have been Mr. Greens role model- he was head coach for football but dear lord was he a crap teacher. He bragged that nobody ever got an A in his class, we spent an entire quarter on that stupid chariots of the gods that was a forerunner/inspiration to Ancient Aliens, and most of our "classes" involved watching a video about historical events and filling out a questionnaire about it. Same disdain for extracurriculars though it extended to anything not football- so as a kid that did wrestling and was in journalism and theater I he HATED me (knowing more about history than him because my mother was dating an anthropologist didn't help either). He taught at my high school for 30 years before dying from a heart attack and the district insisted on putting up a memorial to him. 13 years after his death that memorial is still vandalized with insults on a weekly basis.
On the marriage debit it happens all the times. My rx wife had a lot of debit from before we got married. When we got separated her attorney tried to pin it all on me. Thanks to a smart lawyer I had. We offered to give her the condo that we co owned. Long story short her attorney had over inflated the value. I walk away with less debit and free of the condo that was actually under water. An yeah she was cheating on me.
I think it simply has to do with politics and bias in the academic community. God forbid your math scores fall off as is vitally important to all the sciences and supporting a well organized and technologically advanced economy. However social studies is just teaching kids about a single soft science that tends to garner little respect from there peers in the hard sciences. However who cares if the district there running is getting bad social studies scores? A good chunk of what there learning in that class is about all the ways the government you help run has fucked up in the past and is just going to lead the next generation questioning your actions in office more.

Air B&B owner is much creepier that what is obvious. Why? Well, how did he know they’d left the dog alone? 😮
Right?!!!!
So many problems here in the US can be explained by decades of Civics, Social Studies, and History being taught by football coaches.

Im using “Jerk” Amber for the rest of my documents 😂

The last story really makes me worry if I ever become a parent. Even if you give them a good life, outside influence will ruin it quicker.
One of the football coaches in my high school taught us Algebra.

One of the football coaches at my high school was the Spanish teacher.
I've noticed a trend of the people in med school get cheated on quite a lot

It‘s not that the student loan just added but since finances were split so are debts incurred during wedding lol
My mom gave my twin babies a crap ton of raisins. She was banned from my 🏠 😡😡😡😡
Thank you, as always a good read
