Lucy Charles-Barclay: Breakfast with Bob 2024

Lucy Charles-Barclay’s plan for the 2024 season did not initially include the Ironman World Championship in Nice, France. But after taking second place in the T100 races in Miami and in Singapore, finally getting a handle on her gut issues, and training better than ever, she jumped into Ironman France, dominated all day long and ran her first-ever sub 2: 50 marathon (2: 49: 53) at the end of an Ironman. Since turning pro in 2016, Lucy has now raced 37 times, has finished top five 36 times and has been on the podium 33 times. How amazing is Lucy!

I think it's also about the money. There are alot of rumors about financial problems at PTO/T100, so Nice was a safe choice as ROI.
