Ingredients For Slow Roasted Plum Jam
1+1/2 kg damson plums
750gr. sugar
3/4 tbsp apple vinegar
1/4 cup water

In total it was about 1 hour 10 minutes. But it can change. Just check after 30 minutes to pour the juice over

Hi, if you want to preserve it you can sterilize the jars and new lids and preserve it. But usually you don’t have to since it has sugar
