The Walmart cauldron is a good effect. Maybe if the deflector is off and you could prop the stand up a big more, it may overflow more for a better looking effect.
Thanx for showing the Target in detail! Good to know the sound can be turned off. Since 2007 I've propped my cauldron on top of four mini skulls post-halloween Target sale, so it's funny to see them do this. I've used the exact same Walmart mini mister cauldron inside of a larger plastic cauldron propped up on a brick, so the top of the smaller cauldron is about 2" below. Outdoors, the breeze/ wind picks up the mist from the mini mister nicely. I tried something like that with another cauldron and red light mister in 2008. It takes one gallon of water and does get a lot of water inside the larger cauldron however that mist guard does help. The mini mister on its stand could probably be placed into the Target cauldron bowl with water. My current cauldron uses a 20ft x3/4" coiled spirit halloween fog hose normally used with their animated props. A 670W fog machine make a nice effect since it has to travel thru all of that. I use a green LED light bulb and a flame bulb underneath. But the Target one lights up really good for a yard haunt.
I like all the cauldrons and love the Target one! I think the spider was such a great idea on the Walmart one! The dollar tree drink cauldrons are not that bad I think they're fun. Great review! 👻
I ran out and bought the target caldron after watching your video this morning and I’m glad I did because 2 of the 3 stores near me sold out even though they showed stock still. The store said people bought them this morning as well
I bought the mister cauldron 20 years ago in the UK and it has been a staple Halloween table decoration ever since, the kids love stirling the mist around, and I often have it running in the evening watchng the tendrils of mist detach and disappear into the void...
I like the detail on the misting cauldron and the misting! Definitely looks better without the plastic thingy .Spider on top is a nice touch if you must use it .Candy bowl is pretty cool too !
Great video! I’ve been eyeing the Target cauldron for awhile now. Might try to grab it if I can find. I like the colors and lighting on it. Happy haunting 🎃👍
I like all 3 cauldrons, they all serve the purpose and look Great. Good idea putting the spider on the misting one, that made it perfect. I would put a small tea light or ferry lights in the Dollar Tree cauldron lid if space allows and see how that looks. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished walk through of your house! PS: I hope you still have that witches broom from a few years back, I thought that was the nicest broom design I've ever seen.
I think there are some misting hacks floating around, but I believe when there’s air movement the mist flows out a bit more. I have some small led waterproof lights, you could put something like that in the drink cauldron. Also a light dusting of hairspray or just baby powder can tone the harsh shiny plastic back a little.
I actually elevated some twinkling clear lights in that little blow mold Dollar Tree cauldron and turned it around so the spout didn't show and the bubbles on top twinkled. You could also use one of those battery operated jack o lantern lights. Cute display on the kitchen counter or fireplace mantel. This was a great idea for a video.
That one from Dollar Tree is a really good value and just adorable! Love the Walmart one too. I love the look when you took off the plastic on top....really looks like bubbling stuff. I think the spider works well on top. I'm not really thrilled with the Target one, I think it's too cartoony-looking and I hate that stupid music! It's one thing I don't like on a lot of these props....the music! I'm sure it's ok for what you are using it for, but it's not my fav look. Those seams are a bit distracting as well. The skulls are neat on the bottom. Good purchase for your haunt! xx
I just bought big the Target cauldron. My daughter usually wears a witch hat when she hands out candy, so I figured it would be the perfect candy dish.
I got the green bubbles cauldron this year because I wanted a bubbling cauldron for Halloween and my Harry Potter room. I found you can easily tell it off the spigot and just turn the cauldron hole toward anyone he wall. I love it and it is just $5.
Love how your imagination works describing all the things! (Alien shrunken head skulls with stitched mouths 💀) I just realized you were saying MIST-ER and not "the Mr. piece" 🤦🏽♀️Lol makes a little more sense now. 😂
I bought the bubble cauldron for $5 from Dollar Tree for my son. He loves it and for $5 it's really good quality. You just put bubble soap in it and turn it on. It makes bubbling noises and lights up while pumping out the bubbles. Very cool for kids.
OMG! A Caludron's video? I'm so excited! Thank you so much for sharing this video! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Bought the same target cauldron and I’m planning to do the same with it. Was a little bummed that it was smaller than the Home Depot one though, since they’re both basically the same. I have the Home Depot cauldron from a couple years ago and I’m just going to place the candy bowl insert on that one to have a bigger looking cauldron.
You can't beat the 5$ cauldron from DT. I have found that misting bowls/skulls etc make a mess. The wal mart cauldron looks good and works. Target cauldron looks a bit voodoo themed. It has good lighting. I agree with not using the sound.
Funny you should say that (and I can’t believe you remember!) - I filmed a segment adding the mister from that to see if it made more mist. It didn’t improve it much so I cut it out of the video. So, yes. I do. I might make something else mist too.
@@HappyHaunting love the misting bowl. Interested to see how long the water (and the mechanism) last. I like the lighting of the Target cauldron and it's versatile. I suspect your guests are less nerds than us and will love it.
I like the cauldron - it is too bad that there wasn't the option for "bubbles only" sound effects. It is hard to get a giant cauldron here (our Canadian Party city doesn't carry the larger sizes and the HD one is just awful), so I ended up making one myself. Luckily, I don't need it to be watertight.
I like the Target cauldron a lot.... But I wish it had a volume AND a sound choice. I wouldn't mind just a bubbling sound. Hate the music.. ICK. LOLOL. The drink dispensers are a nice find. I have a mister and they can make a mess fast. I only used mine outdoors because it was messy.
I was thinking a thin strip of black electrical tape or masking tape along the seams. You could also just use a matching spray paint. Plus, I'd like to see a pic of that mister pumpkin from Goodwill where can I take a look at it on your channel?
You might try a dollar strobe light in the fire cauldron, It might add a flicker to it.
The Walmart cauldron is a good effect. Maybe if the deflector is off and you could prop the stand up a big more, it may overflow more for a better looking effect.
I think my water might not have been room temperature. It seems to work more today.
Surprised to see target one upping home Depot in the cauldron dept this year! You could even put the mister inside the bowl if you so wish.
Yes.. I do have an extra mister…
I love the Target cauldron! I need one for holding candy on my porch.

Love the Target cauldron. Can't wait to see when you finish decorating for Halloween. My favorite holiday.😊
They all look nice. I have a cauldron with the mister and if you keep the water level a little lower it may not solace as much
I liked all your cauldrons. My favorite was the misting cauldron. That was a very smart idea to use the spider on top.
Thanks so much 😊

Well, this little cauldron with a tap contains liqueurs, schnapps or other nice things, but no water or soda! 😉

Yup. It’s next to my front door right now!

I will have to try that!

Good idea with the lights. I may try that to see how it works!
Like the smaller mister🧙♀️ you could paint them and make them not so
Plastic looking

That was my initial thought too before I figured it can hold some drinks for my party.
I like the Halloween decoration LED cauldron that it glows. 🎃 💀
I love all the different cauldrons. The last one is really neat with the neon green. There going to look great for the party 🎃🧹🧙
Thanks so much 😊

Temu has amazing cauldrons.
I love your idea to put the spider on the mister cauldron. a very clever way to solve a problem!
Today I realized I can take the plastic off completely. The spider stops the water spray. And the mist flows better.
Thanks for video my instructions weren’t included so was very helpful thumbs up
No problem 👍
Love the Target cauldron compared to the Home Depot one. I went to Home Depot to get the cauldron but when I saw it I changed my mind
I wonder if you put ice and drinks in the target cauldron if the condensation will drip down onto the light set up underneath and cause a problem.
Can you show connection on the hyde and eek cauldron trying to find a replacement cord..thank you
Can't wait to see the rest of your decorations❤
Very soon!

Lol
I just bought that Dollar Tree cauldron and that exact shirt from Walmart today 😆
I love getting my annual Walmart shirts!
Great buys !!! 💀☠️🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧
Thank you!
Oooo I Love it!!! 😍🥰
:)
I have the dollar tree mister one on my desk at work its going strong for three weeks now.
I may pick it up!
I didn’t expect to like the target cauldron as much as I did!
It’s fun!
Home depot also has a cauldron.
I love the target cauldron. Soo cool. That one is my favorite one. ❤❤❤
I’m glad. I expected to hear a lot of negative comments…

Did you try that yet? I think the Target bowl is not exactly round. It only fits in the cauldron one way.
@@HappyHaunting yea it surprisingly fit, didn’t think it would but it does.
I love that 🎃🎃🎃👹👺👽🤖💀👻
Just put a tealite in smallest cauldron🎉
The lights definitely have a cool effect. Could you put fairy lights under the lid of the dollar tree cauldron?
Interesting idea!
Go back to Targét. There's a metal cauldron in the upscale section.
You can't beat the 5$ cauldron from DT. I have found that misting bowls/skulls etc make a mess. The wal mart cauldron looks good and works. Target cauldron looks a bit voodoo themed. It has good lighting. I agree with not using the sound.
Love them all! Random question. Do you still have that mister pumpkin you found at Goodwill years ago?

Awesome
lol well just left a long comment in thr Kohls video about the HD cauldron ... so ditto here ... these look good in the thumbnail... on to the vid ...
You know…. I still like the Home Depot one. I wish this one had two lids - a bowl and a bubble effect.
Unfortunately, he ordered that same calduron from Home Depot and it never came. They ended up canceling his order! :(
@@HappyHaunting love the misting bowl. Interested to see how long the water (and the mechanism) last. I like the lighting of the Target cauldron and it's versatile. I suspect your guests are less nerds than us and will love it.
... The Target price sits better with me too

Good to know. Maybe it’s good my mister doesn’t overflow!
I bought the Target cauldron too its very cool.... I do love the target aesthetic, not a fan of the nasty or overly demonic stuff.
On the misting cauldron, that olastic oiece os so flimsly id think ot was a piece of the packaging and not part of the product
❤❤
Since the cauldron already has an aged look maybe you can sand down the seems.
Or add spiders!

I love the Target cauldron. I was going to pick it up, but my Target was sold out. 🫤
I had to go to two stores to find it. I should have picked it up when I first saw it!
