Just three days before 7th October, Israelis desecrated the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. This was a couple of weeks after IDF soldiers had murdered five Palestinians who were walking near the boundary wall. Hamas had sent explicit warnings to Israel that if these sorts of casual crimes didn't stop, there would be military consequences. The notion the media put out that 7th October happened out of nowhere is just gaslighting.

Britain like all countries is highly highly complex. Some things here are comparatively advanced. There is also definitely a very dark side to this country and things we could and should do better. I think what you did on question time was incredibly brave and totally to the point. As for it being bad mannered I think part of the British disease is not knowing the difference between manners and etiquete. I feel we have an extra responsibility. There are already really brave people protesting in Israel, and they're being hurt by their own police.

I just looked on your channel and you're a really talented guitarist. Are you still making music? I think we should all protest wherever we are. Especially with our history in Britain. I feel we have an extra responsibility. There are already really brave people protesting in Israel, and they're being hurt by their own police.

Claudia, are you a member of a local organisation, supporting Palestine? If not, have you considered joining one?You will feel much more supported. You do get warm, admiring comments on ths message board, but you also get spite, ignorant comments, and absolute poison. An organised group has to endure this, but they discuss this, and strategies for dealing with it.
Claudia, stop focusing on the war in Palestine and start working to improve your life. You are using this as an excuse to not face the things in your life that you should be facing. You are almost completely irrelevant to what is happening in Gaza but you can, if you do the right things, improve your own life and the lives of your family and friends.

I think this lady has been in a turmoil for some time and I don’t think losing control from an audience position during a televised debate is going to help her cause in any way.
