    Ever since my oven went out a few months ago, I was using my slowcooker. I had a nuwave my niece gave me, but it had no instructions, . I never knew it could make food taste so good again!...thank you so much for your mouth watering recipes and taking the time to share with others.

      The NuWave Oven Pro defaults to 350°. No mention means the default was used.

    Wow this is really an indoor grill. Just need some corn -on-the-cobb👍. Weber makes a grill seasoning with charcoal flavor added.

    Your channel has become my 'go to' place for cooking tips with the NuWave. First, why didn't you flip the ribs while cooking? Why did you invert the cooking grill so it was lower? When are you going to replace the dome? That thing is nearly one solid color! ;) Finally, you were really brave to cut the ribs while wearing some really nice clothes! Looking forward to the next video!

      I didn't flip the ribs, because it's unnecessary. Whether on the grill or the NuWave, ribs don't get flipped 😀. Ribs have a fatty side and a meat side. And although the membrane of fat is removed from the back side, it's still fatty. It's just how ribs are done, regardless what cooking device is used.
      I did mention in a very old recipe for the Super Wave Oven, to flip ribs, but that seemed to work with the Super Wave and my experience with ribs was less back then.
      Use the low rack. Because ribs cannot be cooked with Stong direct heat. That would not allow the fat to break down and the ribs would be too tough. Again, this comes from knowing how to cook ribs in general.
      Replace the dome? When it breaks, so basically never 😂. I like my dome and it's not going anywhere. I see it's color as a sign of experience 😉. I don't know if I'd trust cooking advice from someone with a perfect dome, cause it means they probably don't use theirs much.
      Thank you, and yes I knew the risk handling food while in a partial suit. I only removed the coat 😂. And, before what you saw in this video. I had done an earlier set for my D Grill channel: ruclips.net/video/jt8NrcuzpAI/видео.html
      I basically wanted to get the ribs going. Changing clothes first would have cost me time and there was rain on the way. So I had to get the rotisserie ribs going immediately. And since I had already put ribs on the grill rotisserie, I started some for the NuWave crowd too 😎. The rotisserie ribs finished literally minutes before the rain started.

      Thanks for answering the questions. I still think you should replace the dome to make it easier to see the food in the videos. Imho. I do plan to cook some ribs this weekend. Yes!

    I'm making ribs tonight. I'm thinking 40 mins per side,season on each side,with an additional 10 for sauce or u can do a dry rub. What do u think?

    I love the nuwave. I was wondering if you have ever cooked beef ribs in it. I'm not a fan of pork but sure do like beef.

    what was the reason you flip the rack over and cooked it at a further distance from the heat sorse ? could you put more racks of ribs on if you use the extender ring and the extender platform stand?

    • @WaveOvenRecipes
      @WaveOvenRecipes  5 лет назад

      Foods that have dense meat with fat need a slower cook to make the meat tender. It's like making the heat more indirect. With ribs you _do not_ want hot direct heat.

    • @WaveOvenRecipes
      @WaveOvenRecipes  5 лет назад

      And no, you can't get more on. Regardless if the extender ring were used. Keep them from overlapping.
