If only they digged more deeper in Mass Effect 1 and found Javik things would be different and have a Prothean in the whole mass effect trilogy would be cool
Thats a very interesting take, having Javik since the start would at least make the council take the treat seriously from the start, the testimony of an actual protean would validate Liara's cycle extintion theory, and Shepard's vision. The Galaxy would have more time to prepare instead of having them difficulting Shepard's actions. The Search for the conduit would be essencial the same, but maybe the Asari goverment would have disclosed the information about the beacon on Thesia sooner and so millions of lives would have been saved on the Citadel, as they would have evacuate the Citadel if they knew that its was the Catalyst and a Reaper trap.
