@CarsWithKeav I have a very similar setup with my North Star pressure washer, Item# 1571103 with total stop. It's rated at 3000psi and 2.5 gpm but that may be slightly overstated. My test gauge does read low compared to other people I've seen on RUclips that have tested some other pressure washers I have had in the past, Kranzle 1122 tst, Active 2.0 and AR630tss. I did a quick test on my RUclips channel on my North Star unit and I was impressed. I was also going back and forth between the 5.5 and 6.0 tips like you were with this pressure washer you tested in this video. It is a 230v pressure washer but that wasn't a deal breaker for me because I had easy access to my breaker panel to add the 230v outlet. You should test this North Star unit next plus it's on sale now cheaper than I've ever seen it. I love watching your channel and keep up the awesome content!
@@CCMINC Thanks so much I have been looking at the North Star machines. Did the one you buy have the auto start/stop I know Most of them don’t have them. 230v is the only way to get the big numbers and keep the amps down.
@@CarsWithKeav You're welcome and yes it does. The auto start/stop feature is a must for me. Looks cool! I am still thinking at this point the Active 2.0 is the most cost affective 15 amp basic at this point. We need more at this price point in my opinion. In time I am sure.
Absolutely it is the most cost effective you can get for the performance. The reason is because of that patented 5 piston pump. Nobody else can get that water flow on their pumps in that price range.
Hello again, I wanted to see what happens with the Bigboi MK3 when they do anothe rupdate lol but by next black friday, I will buy something wall mount. I got my good old Costco Karcher for now. I really want to see how this AR 1210 works out as well? What do you think about hot water since I have a outlet on my garage wall.
Hot water cleans better. Just got to make sure everything you have hooked up can handle hot water. Hit water though is really anything more than 140 degrees which most hit water heaters don’t do. Most are set at 130 degrees or less. In the pressure washer world 140 degrees or less is not considered hot in most cases.
Keav breaking the bank on this one! For your own built, just get a 240V run to the garage. It’ll pay for itself in smiles, and so much less frustration.
FYI: Carolina County Motors (can't post the link) tested a Northstar 220V, 5.0 nozzle, and they got 2.8 GPM at 1100 psi. It would be great if you did a review of some 220V units as they're good for more than just Auto detailing. Keep up the great work!!
Can we comment on the fact that your garage lights flickered every time you pulled the trigger with the initial setup?! That thing is a beast and sucks some serious amps!! Excellent review!
For some reason just about every pressure washer does in the garage even though they are on separate breakers. It does suck serious amps and the outlet is 20AMP, but there is a 30amp breaker for it. Main problem is my meter doesn’t show initial amps only after a few seconds so I don’t see the initial draw. I need to find something that shows the initial draw.
These are pretty easy to build, the pump and unloader with TSS are readily available from AR and the motor is a 2 HP 115v 1725 RPM 56C. Might build one when I decide to upgrade from my current setup.
All kinds of combos out there the TSS for sure I’ll get from AR, but might source a different pump and motor to keep cost down and maybe get a little more out of the 110v. I’ll also probably make a 220v version as well.
So does MJjC offer large enough orifaces to get the amps down around 15 for the foam cannon? I get the larger ones are available for the plain nozzles used for rinse but how does that work for the foam cannons? Absolutely love your pressure washer reviews. Thanks so much.
Of course this comes up on my feed 2 days after I order the kranzle k1122tst 😂 damn oh well. Btw, what suds are you using to get that stucco like foam???
It sounds like you will but I'd be interested in how you'd improve the whole kit. What casters you might upgrade to. Hose upgrade and so on. Thanks for the nice review. It's the pump I want.
I'm happy to see your opinion on this one. The casters on mine are even worse, and only two of them lock in place. Did you modify the garden hose inlet? Mine has a metal fitting that's slightly leaky, not the blue plastic one. The TSS system failed on my unit after only 6 washes ,AR was easy to deal with over the phone and sent replacement parts. Looking forward to your build and seeing how you fine-tune this machine. Will this be your daily driver for a while? Thanks again for the great content
AR seems to be great when you call them, but they are out of touch not selling this pump separate as an option. The casters just came in another branded box like they came from Amazon. I’ve heard others are gray as well. It might end up on the shelf if it will fit and not be too heavy.
Great info. They fixed their website. A month or so back they were showing it as a 240v unit. I called and asked. They never got back to me with an answer if it was 120v or 240v.
Great video and nice machine, but as a home DIYer, I think it's way too expensive, at least for me. When my Ryobi 1800 dies, I'll upgrade to the Active 2.0 or maybe the 2.3.
Its too expensive for anybody with all that crap. Its not so bad if it was $1k for the quality and the performance. Its a wants versus a need either way. Nobody needs it, but boy do I want it. LOL
Which one is quieter? This or Kranzle 1322TS? I watched both vids but the tests were slightly different. RCA3-PRO had the sprayer in a bucket next to the machine but the Kranzle was with the sprayer not in a bucket. I like to wash at night so noise is the biggest factor for me.
It’s a pretty quiet machine. Kranzle might be slightly quieter, but either way the sound of the water and impact to the panels is louder than either of them by several DB. Two different types of machines as well the RCA3 is almost 30%+ percent more powerful and way heavier. RCA3 is much more industrial in nature.
I picked up one of these and reviewed it a couple weeks ago. I had the same exact spray issue with my 40 degree nozzle. My problem ended up being a piece of red thread locker or sealant that was blocking the nozzle orifice.
Great review! I agree 100% with you Keav. I just want the pump/ pressure washer. Maybe the cart. AR what are you thinking? Keav if you make your own? Count me in to make my own as well. Based on your videos. Thank you 🙏 keav.
Hi Keav! I have a general question for you: When I take the "wand" off my Westinghouse electric pressure washer and put the MJJC 3.0 in place of it to run it, it seems to run okay but in the middle of foaming the pressure washer will die down/struggle and I have to completely stop/shut it off and wait. What could be causing this? Does not happen if I just run the wand as usual, even for 30 mins straight. Love your vids, thanks!
Possibly the orifice nozzle in the foam cannon is too much for the machine or something lodged in the orifice opening causing the machine to overheat. That is all I can think of as an issue. Except maybe the filter is clogged up and not along flow through causing stress on the machine.
@@CarsWithKeav I’m thinking the first piece as it happened when everything was all brand new. You’re the man! Sorry for the general question on an unrelated video but I was desperate, lol!
Even at that price, it does look like a heavy duty pressure washer which will provide years of use probably. The motor looks twice the size of the Kranzle 1122TS motor unit. WOW. That thing looks like a commercial heavy duty machine that could probably be used in a wash bay somewhere. I could see value to this unit for a professional detailer, although I totally agree with you that AR should just offer the pressure washer as a stand alone unit so an enthusiast detailer or pro-detailer could construct their own build out using the base pressure washer unit without their sub standard accessories. That would allow you to use the AR pressure washer with, for example, a full stainless steel MTM gun, lance, foam cannon of your own choosing, etc. It would give you a lot more options, but it's not worth it if you have to purchase that entire set up you have, just to then deconstruct it and build it out the way you want. Still, that unit looks incredible for home use. It would be like going to one of the coin operated car washes right at your house. I would certainly be proud to have a pressure washer that nice in my garage!
It is very close to the performance of the coin operated self car washes they usually run across the bay at 1200 PSI at 3.0 GPM. Sometimes its less depending on how many cars are there and the bay you are in the ones further away tend to get less performance. I think they will end up selling it separate spring of next year. Just a hunch I have based on communications I have seen with them and several commenters here.
@@CarsWithKeav I really like the look of that unit, meaning that it looks like one of the most heavy duty built pressure washers motors I have ever seen. It's a shame AR won't sell just the motor because I would probably get one and build out my own wash bay set up similar to how you were discussing in the video. AR might rethink their decision if enough enthusiasts and pro detailers show an interest. Why wouldn't they want to make more money? I mean, i understand they want to sell the whole set up, but just selling the pressure washer unit by itself would probably garner them a LOT of sales. I would definitely put together my own wash bay using that pressure washer along with an in-line water softener (I was thinking of doing an entire house water softener anyway as my water is super hard here in Colorado), and MTM stainless wand, shorty gun, and an upgraded hose reel that extended from the ceiling like a coin operated wash bay has and can circle 360 degrees around the vehicle being washed. Yeah, that could really make a nice system. Matt Moreman over at Obsessed Garage should take a look at that pressure washer unit and see if he could convince AR to sell him the pressure washer units by themselves as a distributor. He could then build out an entire package with everything top of the line like MTM, etc. and sell the entire package, but Obsessed Garage style, with all the upgraded very best hoses, best reel, best wands, short guns, in-line water spotless unit, etc. The same thing he does with the Kranzle, Comet, and the smaller retail AR unit full packages on his web site that include everything you need for an install. This unit could be the top of the line system! Thank again for all your hard work Mr. Keav. I really enjoy your channel buddy.😁
@@joevanseeters2873 I think they will end up selling it separate, but probably not tell sometime next year. Not sure Matt will want to sell it as it kind of will eat sales of his 1322 and 630. He might if he gets to be the exclusive distributer for it as that is kind of his new goal with most products like he did with the 1322 and Bilt Hamber products. Who knows though maybe Matt is working behind the scenes on his own pressure washer don’t see why he wouldn’t try that out. He is building his own DI setup already.
No, I’ll be sourcing a different pump to save money and using the specs of the motor to source a comparable one as wells the unloader and pressure switch might be the same one.
Hey Keav, I am curious (I have never looked it up.) Is there any possibility that the 5/16" hose restricts flow on that pump? I know it doesn't on smaller pumps. I was just thinking about it. Loved this review. I want one, I just want the pump unit, no stand, no hose, no rell, no gun or accessories, just the pump with motor!
Yeah, just give me the motor, pump and don’t forget the pressure switch. I might try with a different hose to see if anything is different. 5/16 should not have a problem with that flow even Active is making their new hose at that width. I did have restriction on the comet 1700 pressure washer where my setup got more psi and GPM at much less amps.
@@ns7w386 Some of the cheaper can pumps I don’t think can do this type of GPM of course I don’t have the funds to try them all out. 🤣 I will most likely use a can pump for the one I want to build as they are cheaper. Hardest thing is finding the right pressure switch unloaded valve combo. For sure 220v is the way to go if you want more power.
I do from time to time depending if I have one I don't need anymore, but it wouldn't be any of the high end ones as I keep those for research and future comparisons.
Wild that they don’t sell the pressure washer individually. Side note, have you used Owner’s Pride products? I got some Incredible Suds recently and I think it may be the same as Owner’s Pride Ultra Wash, they have the same base smell once the grape fragrance has gone. Curious if anyone else has noticed.
I have not, but it’s possible somebody created the same formula so many products out there would be easy now to get a very similar result or at least the smell is similar. Unsure of the surfactants as DIY owns their recipes .
@@traviscrown9189 True if you stick to the stock nozzle. Going to a bigger nozzle really pulled the amps down. Only so much a motor can do with 120v they just amp out to get the performance. 240v motor would be much better.
If sold separate and if it fits his website he will. Which most likely it won’t as it’s too close in price to his Kranzle and he has the AR630 as the more budget friendly version. He would rather sell you a dual AR630 setup I would think.
It was sold out for a bit then I saw it available and bought then it was sold out again the next day. They need to sell this separate unless they have too much inventory in all these accessories and this is there plan to sell them.
Cant imagine rolling that behemoth of a cart around. Would have to wall mount it which would require a much longer hose than 50 ft and possibly a larger reel
@@Notdb1gabe You’ll actually get better numbers than an AR630. It would cost more than $230 though, but way less than an AR of course you’ll still be stuck with two Ryobis that will only have so much lifespan and not rebuildable. You would need some good quality adapters and backflow preventers as well plus you would need two separate electrical outlets both on their own breaker. Chem X did something similar on their RUclips channel. ruclips.net/video/bqbqgwDr6hk/видео.htmlsi=DziE95twmOrdZfIS
@Notdb1gabe I've been running dual Ryobi 1800's for about three weeks. As @CarsWithKeav states, output is higher than AR630. The dual Ryobi setup offers great flexibility. Here's the numbers: 5.0 orifice - 900 PSI - 2.55 GPM - 10.7/11.0 amps 4.5 orifice - 1000 PSI - 2.34 GPM - 11.3/11.5 amps 4.0 orifice - 1400 PSI - 2.13 GPM - 12.6/12.8 amps It was around $150 for hoses, valves, tees, nozzles, quick connects, etc. Basically similar cost as an Active 2.0, but you can crank the pressure higher and exceed performance of an Active 2.3. It really started to make sense as I already had one Ryobi 1800 and a $20 discount that I used for the other one.
@@CarsWithKeav So far, I am getting by with both on the same 20 amp circuit, but on two different outlets in a double gang box. I am guessing that the cheap current meters I have may not be too accurate... Or because I'm in more of an industrial setting, the separate, stranded 12 GA THHN wiring ran in conduit is helping out. I had everything in my Amazon cart when Bob at Chem-X dropped his Siamese Ryobi video. I was able to snag the part number from his video for the check valves. 3000 PSI hydraulic check valves from Amazon for $12... Not a bad price.
@ I have a mobile welding cart I have my current pw attached too. I believe I’m going to put this one in place. Price tag is a hard hit because I don’t need all the extras.
They are on the way Pan is sending them for me to test out. Coatings are shipped I’m just waiting for everything else to try them out in a full process. They used THOR to distribute so might take some time with their orders being delayed.
No need to be sorry being detailed is always a good thing. Problem is once I pronounce it the way I see it almost impossible to train myself to say it any other way. 🤣 I get comments about Ryobi being Ree-obi or Griots pronounced Grios.
Yeah, not many will work with a container except some battery powered ones and Kranzle. Most will work if you have a good gravity feed if not will need a pump.
I want this so bad.....but they can keep all the extra junk. Can you dissemble it from the stand and just mount it like the Active 2.3? I might be willing to spend the money and just sell the extra stuff. ORRRR AR if you see this please just sell this solo!
I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with one of the team members from AR who was on the team that built it trying to find out if I could by just the pressure washer. They have no intent on selling it separately at least for the rest of this year, he said they may reevaluate in 2025. I tried to explain how dump this was as most people looking for a unit like this already have all of the accessories.
@@69HemiRoadrunner Good to know, they are missing out on so much revenue keeping it this way. Price it similar to the Kranzle and it will fly off the shelves.
@@FineDetailingAZ that's what I thought so I started the journey of building my version of it. I'm calling it the OG Krenzle killer. Hoping for 3-3.25 gpm at 1100-1200psi
They need to sell this separately, I already have everything else. I guess I could get this and put my old pressure washer on it and sell it like that but no way I will recoup the $ I already paid to get the ar in a kit.
It is a beautiful machine. But not sure I can justify the expense. Not in a detailing business. Just a guy who likes to keep his vehicles clean and might do a little window cleaning now and then. After all the videos I've watched, I'll probably get 2.3...
I don’t think anybody can really justify the price. If they sold separate and for $1k it would be much better as a unit like this won’t lose much value when reselling. Crazy thing people pay this type of money just for the Kranzle. I would pick this over a Kranzle. I’m still rocking the 2.3 with this sitting in the corner currently. Just too heavy for my current shelf setup.
@@CarsWithKeav it’s about 850.00 for the 630, how much are you thinking for the rca3-pro stripped down ? I agree the added stuff is basically junk, and things people already have
@@Ole_Lige if you base their pro 630 cart is $1650 and this one is $1780 I think it would be $1k to $1100. You can grab a 630 at car supplies warehouse free shipping for $780, but it’s $899 on the AR website.
No this pressure washer is not good, if ur into AR id take the AR630 ts. without going into details AR basically adjust the tip size to reach "Maybe" 3gpm i doubt though with 2hp which leads me to my second opinion the amp is high because motor is over clocked or something and with that much pressure u would want a time delay and slow on on the machine so it won't kill ur machine and ur circuit breaker.
Let’s just say we agree to disagree, but I respect your opinion and you make valid points on the amps for the stock nozzles. 915 PSI with 2.73 GPM and 18 amps to me is great. The stock nozzle and foam cannon orifice they provide are just not the right ones. It should be a 1.75 size orifice for the foam cannon I think and a 6.0 nozzle. My house also isn’t the best when it comes to voltage as most of the time I’m around 116v to 117v when I have friends with 120v to 122v and they get 50psi and sometimes even 100psi more than me depending on the machine. Which also with my lower voltage it would make the motor increase amps. Which I think is good for numbers as it lets you see them in not the best scenario.
@@CarsWithKeav the amps says it all because with less than 1k pressure u should be at 15amp below because the motor bigger ie less taxing /power to make powrr so the amp should also go down. I’m Kranzle fan boy because I’ve tried most of these and Kranzle just edges everyone and thinks about the end user and power consumption. But I like AR specially 630 the only thing that I didn’t like is their piston design and Cat pumps I have and hope to finish building it , if I don’t watch ur channel that makes me spend more lol.😂
@@1kontrabida 630 is such a great machine especially for the price. I hope to build mine to use less amps and might even go to 240v just to get the absolute best performance with low amps. I think this machine is just the limit of what a 120v can do which is why the amps are higher at some point there just isn’t enough power to get GPM close to 3.
Plenty out there just need a 220v outlet to get that kind of performance. This might be the most you can absolutely get on a single outlet on a 110v. You can take multiple pressure washers to combine the flow, but you need multiple dedicated outlets.
idk why they forcing you to buy all this crap with it when literally everyone interested in buying 20amp 3gpm machine already has ALL the accessories. We dont want that junk, just sell the pressure washer.
american spec is just too little for europe use.. what is 3gallons max ? at 1000 psi it means 70bars? just to little for the money. you can buy a kranzle with this money that delivers 3much as this
No Kranzle on a 110v in the U.S. can touch this machine. They can barely deliver 2 GPM. This is the most powerful you can buy on the American market for our 110v power grid. You can add a 240v to your garage to get more power, but most don’t have that or it’s difficult to install based on the garages location.
If you could buy it by itself for $1k it would be great. On a 120v there isn’t much out there that could do better numbers. That’s why the amps is so high not enough voltage. 240v on this machine would be amazing.
This is WAAAAYYY outta my budget for now.. i have been looking at the AR Blue Clean MAXX, XP3 2700 and the AR Blue Clean MAXX, MAXX3000. Both of these look good, but i haven't been able to find any reviews on them. I found 1 from Obsessed Garage but he was tired of reviewing pressure washers he did 6 in an hour long video. What are your thoughts on these 2 pressure washers and could you do a video in the future? 🥹
I have not used these, but I know some who have and these are their residential line which is totally different than the commercials one I reviewed. The performance will be very much on par with the higher pro models of Sun Joe, Ryobi or Greenworks. In that price range I myself would go with an Active 2.0 if just for car washing. If using for things around the house these would work pretty well.
@@CarsWithKeav thanks, yes I'll be using it for car detailing. I was under the impression that the 2 AR models were gonna be higher quality since they're Brushless and have Induction Motors. I've had 3 $99 Ryobi, 2 Green Works Pro, 1 $99 Craftsman. I'm currently on my 4th $99 Ryobi. I really liked the Green Works Pro, just didn't like the "Soft Start" ( what I call it ). I'm just tired of them breaking on me. Want to get a good quality, that will last. I'm in South Georgia so I get a lot of vehicles that have dirt and mud on them. So using my pressure washer for long periods of time puts wear and tear on them faster. Also, my hose is the Giraffe Tools 65 ft retractable hose. Will that have anything to do with my pressure washers going out? 🤔.
@ I wouldn’t think that hose would be the issue as it should be able to supply enough water to run those machines. The main problem is residential units are built to to last so long around 100 hours which for homeowner is a very long time. A business would do that pretty quick. Those AR models are residential, but being induction should last longer. The Active 2.0 is rated for 200 hours. Sounds to me like you do a lot of pressure washing maybe a serviceable unit would be more cost effective over time like an AR630. Problem is if it’s down you can’t get parts quick there aren’t detail stores on every corner like in California. Even in Atlanta where I am there are no detail shops around that have parts or units for sale. So having something like a Ryobi is easy to change out at Home Depot. I know a lot of guys who just bring the Ryobi under warranty and get another one just don’t mention you use it for detailing.
Probably ditch the extension cord and meter on something like this and use a clamp multimeter directly at the plug or with a special plug that splits the wire
I usually always do directly in the plug just easier to see in the video this way. I had already test led directly and got the same results. The extension cord was well within what I thought was enough at 12awg and only 50ft. I do probably need a better way to measure amps. Biggest problem I have with my current meter is it shows the draw after a few seconds so I never see the initial bigger draw when it starts up.
@@CarsWithKeav Keav, Which unit are you using? I am currently using the PN2500 as its rated for 25 amp, I got off of Amazon, it reads really quick and holds the peak current reading and also has an app for your phone so you don't have to be in direct line of site to read it.
@@69HemiRoadrunner Mine is just a cheap $11 one from Amazon. 🤣 I do think the 5/16 Uberflex hose might be restrictive cause a bit more amps. Going to try a 3/8 hose to see if I can alleviate some amps.

It is for sure especially on a 110v
These are pretty easy to build, the pump and unloader with TSS are readily available from AR and the motor is a 2 HP 115v 1725 RPM 56C. Might build one when I decide to upgrade from my current setup.
All kinds of combos out there the TSS for sure I’ll get from AR, but might source a different pump and motor to keep cost down and maybe get a little more out of the 110v. I’ll also
probably make a 220v version as well.
@@CarsWithKeav Sounds great, looking forward to your build!
Great info
Thank you
So does MJjC offer large enough orifaces to get the amps down around 15 for the foam cannon? I get the larger ones are available for the plain nozzles used for rinse but how does that work for the foam cannons? Absolutely love your pressure washer reviews. Thanks so much.
They offer a 1.65 amzn.to/4dALEyM and a 1.35 amzn.to/3zLf5At
Of course this comes up on my feed 2 days after I order the kranzle k1122tst 😂 damn oh well. Btw, what suds are you using to get that stucco like foam???
Incredible suds by DIY Detail
It sounds like you will but I'd be interested in how you'd improve the whole kit. What casters you might upgrade to. Hose upgrade and so on. Thanks for the nice review. It's the pump I want.
I just want that pump like 90% of everybody out there. They are losing some great sales by making it kit only.
The listing changes all the time they have no idea what they are doing right now it seems. Totally out of reach with their target audience.
So what is the best electric pressure washer for mobile detailing
I think the AR630 would be the best overall.
LOL
Cool looking unit.
Agreed it sure is.
Strange especially with the size nozzle most things that would block say a Ryobi nozzle would block these so it’s pretty good size chunks.
Great review! I agree 100% with you Keav. I just want the pump/ pressure washer. Maybe the cart. AR what are you thinking? Keav if you make your own? Count me in to make my own as well. Based on your videos. Thank you 🙏 keav.
Should be a fun journey to make my own piecing this stuff together.
@@FlightRobXIII All good always glad to help.
Are you just going to pull the model numbers off the pump and the motor?
No, I’ll be sourcing a different pump to save money and using the specs of the motor to source a comparable one as wells the unloader and pressure switch might be the same one.
@CarsWithKeav considering AR probably doesn't make the motor, great plan. 5/8ths shafted motors look plentiful.
@@CarsWithKeav That makes sense. I asked because of what you saw with the Comet. I truly enjoy what you do. Thanks again.
@@mundymulligan665 Appreciate that!
Wow!!! This thing is badass!!! Just wish I could afford it!! 😢
If sold separate it’s much more affordable. Should be $1k, but I think you could build one very similar for $750 which I plan to do at some point.
@@CarsWithKeav Canpump has some nice models around $650-850. If possible step up to a 230V model. A lot of houses have EV plugs in the garage now.
Michael, do you ever donate a pressure washer to a guy that needs one? I know someone and he’s a big fan of yours! 😎
Keav is on a cut good job on the weight loss
Thanks so much! A little at a time is adding up.
Active 2.3 gal $650 15amp; AR RCA3pro 2.7 gal $1779 20amp. I think I can live with a bit of extra noise for about a third of the price
Now if we can get the RCA3pro for $1k then we got something to talk about.
20amp is questionable. Constantly pushes the limits on that circuit.
@@traviscrown9189 True if you stick to the stock nozzle. Going to a bigger nozzle really pulled the amps down. Only so much a motor can do with 120v they just amp out to get the performance. 240v motor would be much better.
I like that it's built on the the cart and the hose reel, but everything else seems redundant to me
Yeah, they should have given options on what you want instead of this whole kit.
Do you think Matt would consider it the best?
If sold separate and if it fits his website he will. Which most likely it won’t as it’s too close in price to his Kranzle and he has the AR630 as the more budget friendly version. He would rather sell you a dual AR630 setup I would think.
Would buy this tomorrow if i could buy the washer alone...
Also the website says its sold out...
It rolls pretty good for its weight and size. Needs bigger casters though.
Can you do dual riobys lmao for under 230$ you get the same ar630 numbers
Here's the numbers:
5.0 orifice - 900 PSI - 2.55 GPM - 10.7/11.0 amps
4.5 orifice - 1000 PSI - 2.34 GPM - 11.3/11.5 amps
4.0 orifice - 1400 PSI - 2.13 GPM - 12.6/12.8 amps
It was around $150 for hoses, valves, tees, nozzles, quick connects, etc. Basically similar cost as an Active 2.0, but you can crank the pressure higher and exceed performance of an Active 2.3. It really started to make sense as I already had one Ryobi 1800 and a $20 discount that I used for the other one.
@@AMI_Detail this is great to hear!
@@AMI_Detail That’s great to hear great performance for a great price if you have the multiple outlets to run them and make sure to prevent backflow.
Keav…. Have you put this in your garage yet??
I’m going to if I ever can get myself to add some support to my shelf to hold it.

Yeah it has the same kind of mounting footing as say an AR630 it just weighs more and has a wider footprint than the 2.3 or 630.
@@CarsWithKeav Good to know. I'll give them some time to see if they decide to sell this solo.

They are missing out on so many sells doing this maybe they will wise up unless they are trying to make sure the AR630 still sells good.

@@CarsWithKeav 1100.00 at the most sounds good..lol
2.7 gallons for a big ole pressure washer like that isn't enough. I'd need at least 3.0 gpm to switch to something like that.
Plenty out there just need a 220v outlet to get that kind of performance. This might be the most you can absolutely get on a single outlet on a 110v. You can take multiple pressure washers to combine the flow, but you need multiple dedicated outlets.
@@CarsWithKeav if I make an investment into 220, at that point, I'd rather go dual Kranzle.
wow, that’s a lot of water! you’re right it’s a shame it isn’t sold without all the extras 😜🐿️💨
AR many times I have seen they are out of touch with their customer base in the U.S.
idk why they forcing you to buy all this crap with it when literally everyone interested in buying 20amp 3gpm machine already has ALL the accessories. We dont want that junk, just sell the pressure washer.
Exactly! They are so out of touch with their market audience.
american spec is just too little for europe use.. what is 3gallons max ? at 1000 psi it means 70bars? just to little for the money. you can buy a kranzle with this money that delivers 3much as this
No Kranzle on a 110v in the U.S. can touch this machine. They can barely deliver 2 GPM. This is the most powerful you can buy on the American market for our 110v power grid. You can add a 240v to your garage to get more power, but most don’t have that or it’s difficult to install based on the garages location.
First!!!
Exactly where you should be. 🏆
Nope... The plug ruined it. Onto your next pressure washer review
Makes sense most don’t have these kind of outlets.
This performance at the price and the amps. Doesn’t make sense.
If you could buy it by itself for $1k it would be great. On a 120v there isn’t much out there that could do better numbers. That’s why the amps is so high not enough voltage. 240v on this machine would be amazing.
@@CarsWithKeav agreed on everything you said.
@CarsWithKeav gotta get a HVAC style clamp meter with peak hold. Does the motor have a sticker or anything with more info?
@@CarsWithKeav Keav, Which unit are you using? I am currently using the PN2500 as its rated for 25 amp, I got off of Amazon, it reads really quick and holds the peak current reading and also has an app for your phone so you don't have to be in direct line of site to read it.
@@69HemiRoadrunner Mine is just a cheap $11 one from Amazon. 🤣 I do think the 5/16 Uberflex hose might be restrictive cause a bit more amps. Going to try a 3/8 hose to see if I can alleviate some amps.
