I was fun to find out estate sales work, hopefully we can find a few more to go to before it gets so hot outside. Really enjoying Elizabeth coming up and hanging with us today, she is a sweetie pie!! And really good at spotting things I missed. Hopefully we can do it again soon!!

@amandaneighbors9898 *I understand AND agree with you, LOL‼️😁 Many times I have kidded around with my junkin' friends they better run towards something that we both want in the thrift store, and I'm not above throwing elbows with them, hahaha‼️🤣🤣🤣 It's all in good, clean fun, of course...but I am not above hurrying past a stranger to scoop something up (nicely) if I think they might want it, too, LOL‼️🤣 I AM NOT GRABBY, though - that's just RUDE. 😡*
*I actually had something in my hands, once, and another lady came up and tried to pull it out of my hands. Instead of telling her to back off like I wanted to, I just hung onto the item with both hands and looked at the top of her head and said, "Gee, I wonder what kind of spider that is crawling in your hair⁉️" She let go of the item, screamed, "WHAT⁉️" and jumped back from me, as she frantically ran her hands through her hair. Me? I just calmly pushed my cart and walked away, with my treasure still in my hands, LOL‼️ I don't even remember what the item was, after all of these years, hahaha‼️*

My Great Aunt had one of those toilet bowl/seat covers a long time ago with that same Santa on Aunt Penny’s Apron!! Strange some of the things you remember from over fifty years ago. Lol always loved the videos and thanks for introducing us to Elizabeth and her page. So precious!!
Yayy good to see you two out junkin together😊 I have a rolling pin that's got wood handled but the rolling part is marble, gray & white. Its beautiful❤ but I can't hardly pick it up with one hand.. it could definitely be considered a lethal weapon😆 Aunt Penny's torture device is a garlic presser😂 Ohhh Kayla thae annuals are so special! He was handsome😊 I lost All my annuals in a fire also.. I'd sure love to have them back, i know your dad will appreciate having those again! Love that bible❤(i coffee them too) Oh goodness, my mom had a green & white plaid clothes pin bag like that! You all scored some great pieces! Enjoyed it😊
Finding your daddy's annuals that were lost is the biggest and best treasure yet!!!! Also love the comfort Bible! i have one from the American Legion, from when my Daddy passed.

Kayla, you did not have your shopping eyes on alert at that estate sale…missed those bird butter pats… but you got even by calling her a “hussy.”😅. Really like your cute jeans! (Might need to share that torture gadget with some of your viewers.😜). Hmm..dare I say it…your Daddy was hot! (Preacher, forgive me.)

The estate sale prices were very high even for common or damaged items. Don’t imagine they will sell much unless prices in your area are like that. I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing!

We went to an estate sell today, it was half off, I bought a beautiful old copper tea pot with wooden handle and two rectangular dollies,

I LOVE Rustic Relics! Yeah some estate sales can be quite pricey. I have one of my grandmother’s floral frogs exactly like the one Aunt Penny bought except it’s purple!

I felt the prices at the estate sale from what I saw were high. I’ve only been to a few (there aren’t many out here in maine) but it’s also better pricing on last day when things are like half price or even more off, you don’t get the first selection but much better pricing in most cases. Don’t give up on estate sales Aunt Penny! 😉

*Hello Kayla and Aunt Penny Lane❣️ It was nice to finally be able to put a face with Elizabeth Anne's name. 😊 In case she wasn't aware, the reason the glass the Mason jar she found with her maiden name on it is turning purple is because the glass contains manganese. The more sunlight it is exposed to, the darker purple it will become. What a great find❣️💜💕 I also loved the 4 little bluebird 🐦butter 🧈 pats she found, the ginger beer bottle and the 2 Royal Copely Mallard figurines‼️🦆🦆*
*Aunt Penny, like you, I am drawn to vintage kitchen gadgets - especially those with green handles - because I have green and royal blue in my kitchen. Yes, that IS a garlic press, like Kayla said. It makes short work of garlic prep when cooking! 😊 I also love 🤎 the old amber glass bottles - especially when they have the finger loop handles and are as large as the one you found❣️😁 It looks as though it may be an old Hi-lex or Clorox Bleach bottle. It will look great in your laundry room. Too bad your amber glass on the front porch got broken😖😢‼️ I bet your heart 💔got a little broken, too❣️🥺😢*
