Rock the Cradle has to be my favorite heist Good music, love the aesthetic (i fuckibg adore neon. Bury me with pink filament lights), maskless stealth is coolest on that heist Only issue i have is that the "no vip invite" achievement bugged via solo mode, not activating on steam and showing "string_not_found"
There actually is an achievement in 99 Boxes for getting the “maximum value” loot. It was a challenge in the base game as well that was bugged and would unlock if you just got one of them at max value.
You can rush through syntax error if you use the vents or parkour, there's no need to open doors through the computer at all. I think it's one of the best heists in the game right now, I'm surprised it's getting so much hate from the community.

I wish I could drill into the vault instead of always using thermite. Or maybe have a helicopter escape for a change. But the heist itself is solid. *Fear and Greed:* I wanted to put this at A tier, but I don't like the spawn rates or open objectives when hacking into the stock market. It's almost great, but not quite there. *Diamond District:* I love the randomization here, and the stealth is fun, but I don't like the layout of the heist at all. The diamond stores just kind of blend in a little too well, and the map feels like a maze the first couple of runs. Maybe It's just me, but regardless, it's a solid heist. *Dirty Ice:* The stealth soundtrack. Probably one of the best in the game. The stealth is also just fun, because of the simplicity of it. Solid heist all around. Loud smash and grab playstyle is great as well. *Gold and Sharke:* Similar to what he said, I just hate the circle hacks. Completely ruins what would've been an A tier heist, easy. *Touch The Sky:* It's not very memorable, especially for the final heist in the base game, and it has very simple objectives. Not to mention the pain of either killing, losing or trading the target civilian, as you'll have to drill the vault. *Rock The Cradle:* I really enjoy the atmosphere of this heist, and it might be a little higher if not for the fact that loud basically revolves around waiting for a hack to get into the vault as the only real objective. And cloakers seem to swarm on this map. *Houston Breakout:* I was thinking of putting this on low D tier, because of how disappointed I was when playing this. The map is visually stunning, but god damn did they drop the ball on the actual objectives. *Under The Surphaze:* It's mid. *Turbid Station:* I just don't enjoy stealth only heists, because I'm lacking in the sneaky department. It's not that bad overall, I'm just biased. *Syntax Error:* Not as bas as F tier, but nowhere near as good as some other heists on the list. I don't really even know what to say about this one, I just didn't like it that much. *Cook Off:* I hate cook off. It's a boring waiting game, and in public lobbies, some random guy is bound to mess up the cook and ruin everything. *Road Rage:* Loud only, linear, no cover, and slow. I don't like it. Maybe I'm just bad at it, but still. *99 Boxes:* The only heist worthy of the F tier in my mind. If bile would drop both bags of thermite at the same time, and allow you to break into BOTH containers at the same time? C tier heist. But until then, it stays down here where it belongs.
I agree with your list except fear and greed is also S tier for me because it feels like a payday 2 heist and I like the grand scope of the heists with the three part objectives and I like how it forces you into the open so you can’t just stay in one place like cook off I think the only problems with the heist are nitpicks like the color being to intense and unfair spawns

road rage? In S tier? I'd say it's the weakest heist in the entire game, the escort portion barely heats up by the time you reach the ramp and past that the heist might as well be over with since bile's spawns are so close by and so fast to come in you can basically survive just off of the scattered repair kits/faks in the containers around the map and it's done in 6 minutes then there's the bag deposit which completely removes the only slightly challenging part from the heist
