Just for next time when you get the ‘custom content’ tag on your builds:
1) Finish the build
2) Save the lot
3) Leave the game
4) Take your mods out
5) Go back
6) Save the lot again.
Now it should save without the tag. This way you can keep the Build/Buy and T.O.O.L mod.
This has happened to me multiple times even though I don’t use CC.
