Juan you have to bleed the engine. Refill the tank then open the diesel filter cup and refill it to the full. Open all the lines sligthly and crank the engine a few times to get the diesel to flow and expel any air. Open the line that connects to the injector and crank the engine again, if all the air is out you should see a small amount of diesel spurt out. Reconect it and it should be able to start after cranking it for a while.
The radiator drains through the engine's water jacket. There is a spigot or plug low on the engine directly beneath the radiator, probably on the flywheel side. For the gear oil, look for a plug low on the gearbox to drain the old oil. There may be another plug about midway up the gearbox for fill; if not just fill through one of the flange bolts on the gearbox. I would put in enough to fill the box about halfway.
2.5l sounds about right. Filling until oil runs out the fill hole is the correct procedure where a fill port is specified. Definitely add oil to the filter; it doesn't filter out anything otherwise. There should be a fill line indicated on the bottom section. I use cheap 30 weight in the filter because I keep it around anyway for general machine lubing, but you can use your 15W40 or whatever you run in the engine if you prefer.
Ok, make sure the tank is full and the petcock open. Use a wrench to crack open the fuel line where it enters the fuel filter to allow any bubbles to escape. When pure fuel runs out, close the line. Do the same at the output of the filter. Follow the line down to the fuel pump, then forward to the injector (on the head). Crack open the line where it enters the injector. Close it, hold the compression release and crank the engine over several times, then open and close the injector line again.
I haven't been able to find a definite specification of output torque. I can give you an educated guess though, based upon my and others' output tests. The engine will produce approximately 12 hp continuous at 2000 rpm, over 13 hp intermittent at 2200. From that and experiments done at lower rpm I would speculate that the torque peak is around 1500-1600 rpm, and that it will sustain about 9-10 hp at its torque peak. That would put its torque output in the range of 32 to 38 foot/lbs.
@BrianLuper Good luck with it. I recommend losing the radiator, if yours has one. If you check out my other videos you will see the hopper I built for this engine.
thanks, I think 2.5 liters of gear oil is good, right? is there any harm to fill the gear oil till it comes out of the nut hole the manual said it. the other thing is the air filter should I add a bit of oil on the bottom holder or no?. thanks for your help because there are no dealers for these machines.
hey Thank your for helping about the tractor from before. Now I am am ready to use it but can't start my tried almost got it.. I added all the fluids mine is hand crank but my question is how do I bleed the air out of the diesel machine? Thanks for any help.
thank you,, its not clear 8mm determined on the flywheel, you can dial 1 video on alignment and high-pressure pump milk plant was not, I was young 20 years old should not have to experience before , wish him only minh..minh very grateful you ... I wish his family good health warm welcome Tet 1
Yeah, the EPA dictated that they can no longer be imported. Same for the Indian Lister clones. Why? Because they can, I guess. Can't allow all us individualists to have stuff that increases our self-sufficiency.
@kaysandesses My understanding is that these Chinese engines, as well as similar Yanmar and Kubota engines, are knock-offs of a German design. I have seen videos of old German Hatz diesel engines that look very similar.
hey I bought this motor with a walking tractor from china the r190 10hp watercooled diesel. I don't know how to drain the water from the machine radiator, any idea? the other thing is where does the gear oil go and how many liters?
Ah, nice. I wonder if people have made buggy's out of these. Would be cool to make something with a toyota 5 speed trans, and maybe a belt tension clutch system. Nothing fast, just something to kinda creep through the woods on.
I'm thinking about doing something like that with my no-engine Willys. There was a tv show a few years ago called Dangerous Roads or something like that. Not the ice road truckers offshoot; this was a different one. Anyway on one of the episodes they were in the Himalayas and there was a 2 ton dump truck hauling a huge load of rocks up the mountain to some monastery, and the engine powering the truck was one of these! Insane, man. Just goes to show that with enough gearing, you don't need much horsepower.
+nhuong le These engines have a gravity-fed high pressure injection pump. It is very simple, but high precision. It has an insert with polished bore and fitted piston, which is actuated by a lobe on the camshaft. Injection timing is adjusted via shims which set the distance of the insert from the cam. Injection is supposed to occur at 8mm before top dead center of the compression stroke, as measured at the outside of the flywheel. The complete insert is replaceable.

Nice engine!
Sweet power!👍

Runs very nice, plenty of compression by the look of it.
That's a really good idea. Just make a copper coil and submerge it in the hopper.
Do you mean the cylinder head? If so, the spec is 235-274 Newton-meters; approximately 175-200 foot-pounds.
hey

That looks like it might be a Chinese knock-off of a Yanmar. Neat little engine!
What is the actual hp of this engine. I acquired generator that's never been used with this engine and need to sell it.
The 195 is 12 hp. There are different sizes, though.
Can i put the coolant block on top of the water tank or should I remove the tank and add the coolant block to the top of the block?
@BrianLuper Thanks, Brian.

I've wonder if you can run WVO thru where the water goes to heat it up?
Kinda think of that as a heat exchanger. The oil might make a mess and if too hot, well.
How can you stop the generator with the key
The pdf manual I have says .012" (0.3mm) intake, .017" (0.45mm) exhaust, cold.
I have a s195 dongfeng motor and I run out of fuel, now not able to start, I should do
So why have these engines stopped being imported?

Hi Dear. I need a starter engine for my TR-18. My motor is made in Brazil, and i dont have the engine start. Do you can help me?
What is the PTO of this engine?
Those three raised pads you see on the flywheel have threaded holes in them, and it came with a cast iron triple pulley that bolts there.

@maxhauler Yes. Emissions.
thanks it worked
@freshkryp69 Because the EPA so decreed. And like so many other alphabet agencies, they don't need a reason.
you can give yourself 1 video repair guide oil pump machines are not ?
