This is fantastic. I'm Australian and I got back in shape, ate super well (cut all carbs and sugar) and exercised like crazy (started by walking long distances) rain or shine for 6 months, lost 11 kgs (25.215 pounds), dressed "lady like" every day and as you put it, "put myself together...," went to bed early (8:30pm-9:30pm for my mental health and health in general) and suddenly I'm back in the dating game again and it's easier for me. It's true. It's reality. If I can do it, anyone can! Thank-you for your videos they keep me inspired and in check to be a better version of myself. x

I have to learn to roll solo! Does anyone else feel like they are missing out on doing many things activities because you’re afraid of going out by yourself?? Example, hiking, events, exercise…etc.???
I agree! I learned to attend events solo on accident lol. Several years ago I was already at the venue and my friends didn't show up. I was so afraid (not for my safety) I just didn't know what to do with myself. Lol Once the music started jamming. I forgot about it and I met some great people that night. One of the best nights I had out dancing. Give it a try start small go grab your fave lunch or coffee/tea/juice at a cafe. Trust me, you will love it!
Yup I stopped having self pity for myself. I was always crying about being obese I was my biggest at 247 pounds constantly putting myself down. Until one day I had enough of the self hate and decided to make a change I am down 160 now and getting back on track after a little fall out but I gotta keep going. You are so right Pastor RC. Thanks for the reminder!! I am currently at the park listening to your video I always say it’s like therapy. Thank you!!❤

Pastor Blake’s, THANK YOU! I am very independent, but I show up for others, I give them ideas, my time, energy, celebrate them wholeheartedly, and I LOVE IT. But no one shows up for me. I’ve been working on changing me, and this year God has shown me that I need to put all that goodness in me first. It’s me who is forsaking me! It’s no one else’s fault. "A band of bums" dang! 😂 I've been isolated for a month now and rolling solo has allowed me to learn about myself, get into the gym, I've lost 25 lbs, starting my own business in the works, getting my home in order, journaling, getting into an intimate relationship with God, in counseling and everyone keeps telling me that I'm "glowing". Inner peace and happiness is priceless.

I have definitely struggled with standing up for myself. I am confident and bold in the Lord, but when it comes to ME, I notice that I don’t advocate for myself and often inconvenience myself for the convenience of others.

I was so lost and confused in 2016-2018, 2019 I committed to reading, listening, watching and understanding the Bible…in January 2021 I had a spiritual awakening…so many fakes and demons and answers were revealed to me. I immediately began to invest in my own business instead of killing my self working for others to no end… I still felt I had to work at some capacity to invest in my passion so i did return to work and doing so…I slipped right back into the compromising myself for others… I just this September I gave it up…I’ve stepped out on faith, put myself first after God….let him provide for me as I be the best version of myself and focus on my business venture. Thank you 🙏🏽 I started in 2015 with this business and it’s time to stop straddling fences and focus.
