It’s so nice to get price right away. I can’t take it seriously if I don’t know the price.
Beautiful home! Great layout & I love the den! Nice little pantry off the kitchen. I would replace the dog wash in the utility room with a sink. The master closet is nice & huge, and the master bath is fabulous! That pretty tub! 😍

And they put the air vent in the master bedroom right where it would be UNDER the bed. Smart, real smart. It’s why I don’t like floor vents, well ONE of the reasons.
Other than that it’s nice.
Should have put the toilet where that tall cabinet is so it would be further from the tub. A screen could be used to hide it then. As it is, it’s far too close to the BEAUTIFUL tub. 😥😥
All vents are in the wrong place. Would trip over them a million times over! Please tell me why they don't think about that. Other than that, nice layout.

Why is the majority of clayton homes the a c vents on the floor
I heard that you can request the vents be placed in the walls, but that is an upgrade so costs more.
There's only 5 or 6 drawers in the kitchen and they are small. Stop calling it a mobile home, they are now manufactured homes, big difference.
