I love Hollyleaf but I haven't done much animation with her because the era of Hollyleaf is pretty done, at this point in the warriors fandom lmao, so when the opportunity presented itself I jumped at the chance. Plus who doesn't love magic fx?
This took about two weeks total, I know it was a 72 hr map call but I couldn't even start until the initial 72 hrs were up because of being out of town. Even so, two weeks for this kind of part was a tight turnaround, a lot of work and while fun I don't think I'll do another for a while.

That was so breath taking. The explosion and camera shake really makes you feel the power she fields after she lands.
The animation in this is INCREDIBLE! It's phenomenally smooth and powerful, and I cannot wait to see this in the finished map! I love the explosion of her powers and the detail of the antlers turning into a bunch of holly leaves before fully fading, too, that's such a nice touch!
The movement, I love it so much and I cannot wait to see this part in the finished map! You put so much detail and emotion into this part that it really brings it to life, epically when the screen just shakes once growing horns I love it so much

That’s so cool how you animated her turning her body midair like a real cat and then the antlers branching and growing like real tree branches and the weight of her fall it’s jaw dropping!
CRIES BECAUSE YOU USED PROCREATE FOR THE BACKGROUND??? ALEX THIS IS JUST STUNNING. The camera movement is just right and it adds that impact effect that it desperately needed for the effect. I LOVE the emphasis on the deer antlers, it’s remarkable. I love the tiny little clumsiness you snuck in wether Intentional or not, like how she swings her paws around a lot before becoming this antlered beast who’s out for revenge. Seriously, I could go on about the shapes and everything, believe me when I say I am in shock. Yet another inspiring and amazing Piece of work by AlexHarrier, you are such an inspiration and I had fun showing my friends at school your work today before this dropped ^^!!

WHEN I TELL YOU MY JAW DROPPED. I absolutely love the movement and different angles you did! The antlers fading into holly leaves was an amazing touch as well! This was INCREDIBLY WELL DONE, but I’m not surprised! This is definitely gonna be one of those maps that everyone in the fandom will love
