The people on the band has made other things after it went on hiatus (the hiatus never stopped) like the band miracle musical which has the entire band except one of them. they made Hawaii part II and it is an experience on top of being my favorite tally hall related thing. Rob canter (the main singer) made two songs (shia labeouf live and Christian bale is at your party) on top of making the album not a trampoline. Joe hawley (the guy Who made some of the more experimental songs and Hawaii part II) also made an album called Joe hawley Joe hawley.

You should listen to Miracle Musical. Four of the five guys who were in Tally Hall created Miracle Musical, and it sounds like a more modern and slightly darker version of the stuff they do here.

If you end up liking tally hall you should listen to the miracle musical, I love it even more than tally hall and the lead singer is the singer from tally hall. It is even more of an acid trip, but more 50s like playing in the sand exept for one

if you liked Tally Hall i recommend listening to Miracle Musical, a side project made by Joe Hawley which includes 4/5 of the original tally hall members (including Joe himself)

Sorry if this comment sent twice but you definitely should listen to the crane wives!! They have very vibey music and unique chords and instrumentals, plus their two vocalists have super powerful voices and the messages of their songs are very interesting and cool!! I haven't seen any channel like this listen to them and I'd love to see your take especially on their chords and stuff

woahhhh super neat to see you checking tally hall out!! i’ve been a fan of tally hall for YEARS now and they’re definitely up there in my favorite bands lol. i absolutely recommend checking out more of their music, especially ruler of everything, &, hymn for a scarecrow, and the trap!
also, if you end up enjoying tally hall, i STRONGLY recommend checking out miracle musical, which is an album one of the members did as a solo project that is easily one of my favorite albums of all time!!
also also, you’d prolly like the band rainbow kitten surprise, and dear and the headlights!! both of them are two of my favorite bands of all time and they have a really neat style of music, very indie/folk/rock ^^

If you are interested, once oyu've listened to most Tally Hall, i HIGHLY recommend Chonny Jash's "covers" of Tally Halls songs, plus his original album "The Gothic Whre or The Lyric Hunt"!
WOW my favorite band!!! If you are interested in more of their artwork (actually less popular but they are like hidden gems) i'd recommend listening to Cannibal, Fate of the Stars and songs from their demo albums. Many of the band members actually have their own solo projects and did collab after Tally Hall (for Miracle Musical and solo projects), wich are very good too!!
If you don’t have it on you list (and I’m sorry because it’s already a big list!) you should do Rufus Wainwright! I absolutely adore his song Peaceful Afternoon. ALSO! Miracle Musical is also Talky Hall, it’s just a different project. I also recommend that! Can’t wait to finish this video! (Sorry for the long comment😅)

you should listen to miracle musical, theyre an offshoot of tally hall who have made an album which is my personal favourite akbum of all time its ge uienly so good, id reccomend you listen to the entire album since uts meant to be listened that way, great video

- welcome to tally hall (serves as an intro to the band so it’s good if you’re interested in learning more abt the members)
- two wuv (not much to say abt this one, it just slaps)
- haiku (another really underrated one, the little comments from the audience make me laugh every time and the meter of the lyrics is really cool imo)
- 13 + ruler of everything (ruler of everything is an absolute classic, and 13 serves as a sort of intro to it)
- never meant to know (again not much to say abt this one)
- & (one of my favorites, there’s just smth abt the vocals that makes me happy)

Hey man i HEAVILY recommend that you listen to mircale musical's album "Hawaii part II" including their hidden song "variations on a cloud" and tally hall member joe hawley helped make this album and it has great music and lore which had built its own fandom without trying
AHHH as a tally hall fan, I recommend a more popular song of theres, “The ruler of everything” which I feel like encapsulates the band fairly well and sort of matches the vibe of most of their songs.

it's a project mainly by one of the people in tally hall and i think a few others in the band also joined in. it's super good
imo tho u should listen to it all in one session. it doesn't make as much sense if you just listen to one song.

u should check the bidding 2006 version, it sounds much more aggressive and dynamic and the guitar in the end kinda strikes
I highly recommend Chonny Jash's cover/remix of The Bidding
if you want more, check out some of the other projects form the band members, my two favorites are miracle musical, and joe hawley, though those are not everything, at all.
edit: I'm not sure, but I think it was MTV that said it best, Tally Hall is like Queen meets The Beatles meets Weezer.

if you like tally hall, i reccomend Chonny Jash. he's made covers of a lot of their song, some og's, and some of miracle musicals.
Tally hall is weird, especially since each member of the band has made albums and has their own spunk. The thing with their band is it is definitely a grab bag of different types of music so selecting a few songs really doesn't show their potential
so the reversed line at the end of "Hidden in the Sand" says "wouldn't the world be better if we took nonsense"
