I recently started my hardcore, full negative perk playthrough. I added some more rules to apply once "Awakening" began (waking up at the mill).
To anyone interested:
Traumatized-
You now fear the Forge.
No repair kits, lockpicks, dagger, or spade. You may wear leather and cloth and equip only bludgeon, torch, bow, and arrows (Wooden Cuman shields optional).
Fealty-
Radzig expects your loyalty.
No assault or theft (rob/steal) without sufficient cause. Cumans and bandits may be killed and looted freely. No poaching. You may Pickpocket quest items, groschen, and dice.
Severance-
It's time to make your own way. No sleeping at the Ratay Mill. No sleeping at Inns and Taverns. No using the universal storage chest at any location (take everything when instructed).
Vocation-
The apothecary has both saved and inspired you.
The only items you may sell are herbs you've picked and potions you've brewed.
Decanter-
You can no longer stomach a proper meal. Liquid nourishment only.
Does he ever learn that when you knock people out when they’re asleep, they wake up briefly and see you. Thats why the guards know he’s assaulted someone.
Take off the old saddle to save a lot of weight on the horse - the spurs increase your horsemanship skill when you wear them (particularly for less horse stamina drain while galloping), better bridle decreases your horse's shyness during combat situations
"Padfoot potion: Lockpicking, Pickpocketing and Stealth skills are increased by 5 for ten minutes" - if you already have at least level 10 in picklocketting, this will let you get you past very hard locks ;)
bush collision removal is mod number 591 on nexus
number 386 changes all bindings of ESC to right-mouse (right mouse still works to stab)

Your tournament gauntlets are already the second best in the game for defense stats - and better for Charisma than the Noble's

To answer the question about "-1" - when armour gets damaged, the protection stats get decreased; the worse the damage, the lower the stats - repairing the item restores the values back to full
btw: you keep forgetting to equip the non-stolen Chainmail choif that's on your horse when armouring up - it helps a lot against arrows and other pointy, stabby things
