Hi, I am on Salt Spring dealing with the same problem... How did you end up clearing it and getting to decently stable idle and full throttle?

      Remove the carb.
      Remove float bowl.
      Remove plate off metering circuits.
Remove rubber plug from float bowl side.
      Remove primary and secondary jets.
Remove main discharge tube(below primary jet).
Blow carb cleaner fluid through all passages.
Blow out all passages, jets, discharge tube with compressed air (from a real air compressor).
      Reassemble and reinstall.
      Adjust linkage as required.
Adjust air idle mixture screw and coordinate that with the idle speed stop adjustment.
      Done, that should do it.
I missed having an air blower for my compressor at the time, your really have to blow out all passages really well!!
      Best of luck!
      Matt

Hello, I'm having the same issue. Thanks for the video - I'm going to try to take the carburetor apart tomorrow. How did you end up fixing it - did you make another video?
      Thank you,
      Best regards,
      Victor
