If I were the Kings I would look to go for Butler. He is the exact type of defender and veteran leader they need to compete and contend. A lineup of Fox, Monk, Butler, Murray, Sabonis would be nice. Trade Huerter, Barnes and picks.

@@kingmunchtv They are not getting top notch players for him anymore. He is past his prime and 35 next season. At best, he is a 2-3 option and defensive stopper for a couple more seasons and veteran who can add toughness to a team. If he wants to win a title he needs to accept that. he is not winning a title as a number 1 guy. I don't think a first round pick, Huerter and Barnes is necessarily trash for a 35 year-old semi washed Butler.

No team in their right mind would want Brandon Ingram. He can't handle not being the number 1 option, and you're not going to get every far if he is. I argued tooth and nail with Pelican's fans, insisting they should trade him while his value was high and build around Zion. But they were too enamoured with his mediocre carry job while ZIon was hurt. Now it's going to be pennies on the dollar.

BI came back super quick (too quick - he played hurt) from a knee injury at the end of the regular, that's why his OKC series was mediocre.. He's been the absolute backbone of the team since they got him, not Zion, who has played his career overweight and uninterested. These guys are just blowing hot air.
I think people aren’t considering BI on Team USA probably hurt his mindset more than helped. Because there he had to be a team player and take a back seat. They tried getting Pels to be more about the team but BI is a killer he needs to get his buckets for them to win. He needs to realize that him going and scoring and being the killer he is.
