No hate but thats not true. The Crying Child's name has never been confirmed. People have given C.C. (Crying Child) many names, Chris and Evan being the most popular. Chris came from C.C. as it starts with the same letter and it fit the kid. Evan came from the books (Evan Mcnally). It is theorized that Evan from the books could possibly be C.C. as they both have an older brother named Michael and they are both connected to William Afton (William is C.C.'s dad while Evan's son, Jake, is enemies with William).
