Why use the Gwenom stun on Doom when it doesn't have trauma?

I explained in the video, if you stun Doom when he is at 60% his passive doesnt activates, even without trauma

But his turn meter was basically max anyway so if the stun doesn't stick the slow isn't really going change anything, you could have stunned literally anyone else.
