On Keem: It is creepy specifically because she is a fan. He is now trying to deny that, but he met her at a fan meetup. So a 40 year old man picked up one of his 20 year old fans. That is 100% creepy/weirdo status.
But at the end of the day, 20 is legal. She is an adult who can make her own sound decisions. Plenty of examples of young adult women dating 60-70 year olds for their money. So this isn't really any different.
The only thing different is the fan aspect. I personally feel like most RUclipsrs (especially the ones who's content is aimed at kids and teens) should NOT be looking to their fans for dating/sexual relationships. The power dynamic, is just too weird. But I also feel like people need to start taking responsibility for their own actions. She is a 20-year old adult and chose to date him. So it is what it is.
