On the other hand we have plenty of words of Germanic, Slavic origins that are close to their original Germanic/Slavic forms, as these words are no older than 1000 years. One of the secrets of poliglots is that they recommend, in order to develop your skills, to be foccus on listening and speaking, cuz when we are trying to learn a new language in a traditional class this is the most neglected to us. So, even if we don't get the idea of the message, let's try to find something that we consider interesting to us, that way we are gonna enjoy and develop the previous skills already mentioned.
