- The Ausangate Trek is one of Peru's best treks. This trek includes the 7 lakes hike and goes near Rainbow Mountain. You can see 1000's of llamas π¦ and alpacas on this high-altitude route near Tinki and Pachanta, Peru. Huaraz is a great base before and after the Ausangate Trek.
I am a channel who hikes. I go to places like the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Patagonia, Nepal, Mexico, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Colorado, Washington, Yellowstone. I have traveled to every country I the world.

@@theworldhiker1 Thank you very mutch... have a nice day.... see youβ¦.
great vids man. this one in particular was very good for us as we are planning our trip to peru. was it easy to just arrange a motorbike pick up at pacchanta back to tinki? is that a good place to stay the night if trekking around ausangate and polccoyo for a couple days?
Thanks! Good question. So I asked the local family and they helped to get one for me within an hour. If needed you could camp there before heading back to Tinki.
@@theworldhiker1 thanks man. i'll look into that.
@@edznyc sounds good!
what time of the year was that?
