first born American Sindhi in my family.. I appreciate this so much. im 40 now and have become extremely Americanized, but every now and then I will try my best to connect to my pastor and my ancestors. My Grandparents had to move out of Pakistan and now both sides of the family have flourished so much in different parts of the world .. my Grandpa was an extremely successful Businessman and then my dad became an extremely amazing doctor. he even hit the top 100 doctors one year in the US ..I am simple musician like my mom and her side. Proud too be a Sindhi!!

Ok, means actually the period called " golden age of islam " in which they say, islamic scholars made great discoveries and inventions was also due to knowledge from Indian subcontinent. Because those sindhi scholars who were taken to bagdhad , converted to islama nd then translated vedic texts to local languages ( Arabic)

I am SINDHI. Born not in India nor IN Sindh but in the Far East. My parents were Hindu Sindhis who were made refugees and moved to the Far East for business. They spoke with us in Sindhi but not they did not teach us written SINDHI. I got educated in English where my main language became English. I am the generation that speak and write 100% English even my children. I have migrated to U.K. I have lost not only my language but some of my culture. I understand very little Hindi. I love to listen about SINDH and its people as my parents would tell narrate their lives in Sindh. They both could read and write SINDHI. My father could read and write SINDHI, English, and Gurmukhi the sacred knowledge of the Sikh Punjabis. Please could you include English subtitles to this video. It seems so informative and it will help so many Sindhis all over the world to learn of their History. Many Sindhis who do not understand Hindi but understand English. It would help me to appreciate my History even more. Thank you in advance and await for this. Do let me know if and when this will be made available.

Nice video, however, being bought up in a sindhi community always sensed that almost 75-80% are unaware of their own culture and also not well versed with other cultures too. "Mound of dead" is the manipulated translation of MohenJoDaro, they even manipulated the name MohenJoDaro to MuanJoDaro in the Pakistani syllabus. Mohenjodaro doesn't mean mound of dead, its a sindhi word, Mohen is the noun used to refer that particular muddy area.

Basically Pakistani books want to show that it all started with Islam. nothing wrong with islam but Sindh a land where Hinduism played a major role should has its history erased.
