Whenever I watch any kdrama, I think that there should be a season 2 but in vincenzo's case the end of Vincenzo is not as we expected but I am satisfied but if season 2 of Vincenzo comes then I will be very happy. 
Tbh I would've hated it if they ended the drama with "happily married ever after" or he left his Cassano family to be with her in Korea and became lovey-dovey and all then everyone would find it cringe.He belongs to that mafia world and it suits his aura!
I'm a person who really is like that this drama does not need season 2 but I personally think it needs like the main think for which he came korea for gold how he transport it we need it and ofcourse there love story!!!!!
