I wanted to love this mask, but mine stopped holding a charge and lighting up for more than one minute just after the warranty was up. I didn't even get 6 or 7 months of three times per week use out of it. Qure did not stand behind their product, and tons of people have complained of this same issue on Trust Pilot. Expensive lesson learned. I had much better luck with the far cheaper Cleopatra mask: more face and neck coverage, more intensity, more colors to choose from, far more LEDS per area, and has lasted when used TONS more than the Qure mask.
I have the Omnilux LED mask, been pretty happy with it since I only need the red light (anti-aging) and good result. I would say both the pro and con is because of the soft flat shape of the mask. It’s a pro because I can use the flat surface on other parts of my body (neck, hand, or anywhere else) but it’s also a con because it’s so flat that I don’t get a close contact on my forehead (so I have to press it down with my hand). I would think this may the the same issue with the Aduro. I think Qure has a better shape for the face and you can’t beat 3 mins vs 10 mins with the Omnilux or 20 mins with Aduro. But I think like your other view says I would busy which ever is the cheapest one out of the 3, since they all are good and have different pros and cons.
Hi I do find that the Qure mask hugs the face better than my Aduro Mask and I love that it is such a short treatment. Since i mostly use it for anti aging and acne i find that the Qure mask fits most of my needs and i get the same results in a shorter time. However the Aduro mask has many other settings and more light color options. So many that I haven't even used it all yet, but it does offer 7 options of lights and 11 options of treatments. So it really depends on your needs, budget and time available. I do try to use my Aduro Mask whenever I can do a deep treatment or want to try a different light color, but i find that i reach more for the Qure mask since it's such a short treatment time so fits my schedule better. And I also love that it is quick to combine with other tools. However since you already have the Omnilux Mask the main difference between the Omnilux and the Qure mask is the treatment time also the Qure also has blue light for acne. But if you don't need acne treatment you may not need the Qure mask since it has similar setting than the Omnilux one that you already have. So In that case the Aduro mask may be a better option for you since it offers the best value considering it has more lights and treatments to choose from. Either way all these are all amazing mask that will give you results, it's just a matter of choosing which one it's best for you.

Hi I also have the Aduro mask and I feel it's the most complete LED Mask that I own so far. I just don't use it as often because the treatment it's 20 mins so for my schedule i like the Qure mask better. However... whenever i have more time for a deep treatment i try to use the Aduro mask. i will try to do a full review on the Aduro mask in the near future... which is overdue but i also definitely recommend. Since you already have the Qure mask i don't think you need the Omnilux mask since it only has the Red and Infrared setting for anti-aging and it's very similar to the Qure mask. so if are in between those 2 masks to get on black Friday. My suggestion is go for the Aduro one, because it's a better value for all the setting that you get. Thanks for watching :)
Like the device but it’s only good for a year after that if it fails you’re out of luck because they don’t repair them when it’s most likely the battery as rechargeable anything doesn’t last forever this is a major oversight on design imho. On such a highly regarded product even Apple can replace their battery all be it a hassle.
Hi. I have Ben watching people's videos here about Qure. Yours is terrific. I read all your comments so I don't repeat myself. I see you have a panel. I have the Hooga hg300 which is the same as the Mito 300. It can cover face, neck, Dec and smaller areas of the body. I have been using it for more than 1.5 yrs. Hooga told me to use it for 3-5 mins if I sit 6-12" from the light. I have not seen any reduction in fine lines so that's why I'm interested in a mask. Have you noticed any difference in wrinkle reduction between using your panel and Qure? I'm going to wait a bit & ask around more. I know you're busy. Saw your responses. what do you think of the fit? i noticed in your video it does not cover a small bit of your face. would that be an issue? cause for me most of my acne is along the jaw line, hair line and around the mouth.

I have not got any LED masks yet. One question about this Qure mask, after microneedling, wouldn't it hurt the skin to put this mask on? Since it is in such close contact with freshly needled skin.

Hi, great video! I was hoping you could help me decide, I'm going back and forth with the qure, and the omnilux mask. I do have a tendency to break out with acne, so the qure seems interesting, or I would probably just buy the omnilux, so now I'm leaning more towards the qure cuz of the blue light feature. So I was wondering if you think this also has the same quality with anti aging as the omnilux? And one concern I have is that I have a very sensitive nose because of a nose reconstruction from it being broke and I'm worried at that this mask right put pressure on it was wondering if you experience any pressure note I can even stand the lightest glasses on the bridge on my nose so I'm concerned because there's no return policy after using this if it doesn't work out. Hi thanks glad to hear you liked the video. Sorry for delay on reply I've been super busy but I definitely want to help you. I find that the Qure mask is as good as quality as the Omnilux mask and it only takes 3 minutes. I personally find the Qure mask comfortable to wear but since you have a super sensitive nose I'd maybe advise to go with the Aduro Led face mask instead of the Omnilux because it's also silicone and softer than the Qure but also the Aduro also has blue and even green lights which can be great for acne. I find that it's a better value and it might be more comfortable for your nose. That is just my honest opinion. I use my Qure mask More than my Aduro mask but both are as high quality as the Omnilux.

One thing that concerns me about the Qure is the size mask and the amount of area it can treat, I noticed that on some people it looks I bit small, and doesn't seem to treat the jaw line, and sides of the face. Hi No The lights that it has are Blue, Red and Amber. It looks pink on the blue setting because it uses Blue and Amber and those color mixed together looks like pink, but it's because it's blue light and amber together.
Hi, your videos are amazing! I really appreciate all you are doing on here, for you have helped me greatly! I do have a question, I purchase this Qure face mask, and love it, one thing though is I tend to feel heat coming from the inside of the mask, I had used the device with the manufacturer guideline for 3 min on ancne mode, then 3 minutes on anti-aging, although about 2 minutes let on the last treatment I noticed heat, and when I removed the mask I could feel the heat coming from the inside of the mask on my hand from about a half of an inch away, now the heat wasn't uncomfortable, but it did produce, heat. Now I still notice some heat doing only one 3 min treatment mostly Ani aging, and that's like just about the last 30 seconds of treatment. So I was wondering if you also experience this. I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
Hi Danny you are so welcome. Happy to help. It is very normal to have a slight heat coming from any LED lights mask not just the Qure. All my LED devices give a little warmth heat and that is normal because they are emitting light but it should never be uncomfortable and will not cause any skin harm. Sorry to hear about that. Yes i agree that their return policy is not the best. i think i mention it on this video as well. I've heard of other companies that also charge restocking feels and charge for return shipping as well so they are not the only ones but i do agree i'd prefer free returns. BTW you should still be able to return it if you open it but i think they require the original packaging. I never had to return mine, but always good to keep package for a little bit just in case. However i do still love this mask and I never had any problems with it. still works great and i love it for combining w other treatments since it's so quick to use and does give great results.

When the mask arrived, is there already power in it? Did you try pressing the on off button at the forehead part and the green light turns on? I got mine and I haven’t even charged yet and the device can be turned on displaying a green light. 🤔

I am considering buying it but wondering if I can use the serum and the LED mask only at night because the serum has retinol (I prefer to do the treatment in the morning because this is the time I am doing the microcurrent).
Do not use retinol in the daytime; I learned this from a dermatologist. She explained with the sun, it makes your face more sensitive (to outdoor elements).

Hi the Anti aging mode uses Amber, Red, Deep red and Infrared and the Acne Mode use Blue and Red. It mixes the lights together at the same time for a deeper treatment. Hi, do you think there's still a place for a led panel red , near infrared, since I currently have one, but ordered the Qure still waiting for it, but now I'm not sure that the panel will still have a place because its a pretty large and does my face, and neck at the same time, so I don't want to over do it with LED. Hi Yes there is still room for a led panel (if you already have one) I also have a panel myself, I don't use it as often since i rather a short treatment but you could use the Qure mask 3 mins daily and try to use your panel once a week. I also like the panel to use on body parts as well. So having a panel is still great since you already have one and having a Qure mask will speed up your results and cut down on treatment time since most panels you have to sit under for 20 to 30 minutes. Just now I was about to use my panel but I actually went ahead and picked up my Qure mask instead because of lack of time so in this case really helpful to have the Qure mask because even thought I didn't have 30 minutes to sit under my panel I could still fit in my Qure mask treatment even thought I had no time for a treatment. I'm without a babysitter so it's been so challenging to find time to do treatments so I still love my Qure mask because I can always squeeze a treatment in even in a super busy schedule. let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi you don't need the App to use it. You can just press the button once for the anti-aging setting than press the button 2x if you need to use the acne setting. The app is just if you want to have different lights for different parts of the face. But you don't need the App to use it. Let me know if you have any other questions

Sadly I brought it I used it for months i was happy but the the mask had black trace of color from the bag it comes with and it was hurting my nose I am so disappointed 😔 you think spending that much money on mask it would be clean i reached out to them they didn’t do anything
Hi sorry to hear that.. I've never had any issues with mine. It does have a black bag that you can keep the device on..Did it stained it? I'm not sure how a stain could cause it to hurt your nose. Maybe The mask might be too tight on the straps. Try loosing the straps or using without the straps. For me I find it pretty comfortable to use but my husband uses it without the straps. since he does not like any pressure on his nose either and since it's only 3 minute treatment it goes by quick. I sometimes keep mine on the bag but it never caused any stains or any malfunctions. Sorry to hear you had that experience. I do know most companies have a return policy so not sure it covers stains. If if the bag did stain it Maybe try using a soft cloth to clean it. In the US there is a cleaning sponge called Mr. Clean Magic eraser. It has helped me clean a lot of my toddler drawing on the wall. It could help. Again i've used inside the bag and never had any issues but hope this suggestions are helpful so you can continue to use it because i did see amazing results using this mask and it is my favorite of all my LED masks since it's so quick to use.

App is horrendous. Doesn’t connect properly, timing is off, doesn’t mark treatment days completed. It’s a joke. I’m just turning on manually and using it that way with a second timer to make sure I get a min of three minutes. Reported issues.
Hi Make sure to contact them about it. I use mine with both the APP and without the APP and I have never had any problems. Either way the mask should turn off automatically in 3 minutes regardless if you use the APP or not. If your mask does not turn off after 3 minutes it could be something related to your mask. So make sure to contact them about it. I have mine for years and I use it daily. It's my favorite LED mask because it's so quick to use. Honestly LED light mask seem expensive but when you think of the long term use compared to getting it done in an esthetician or office it's actually cheaper to have one at home. In LA a single LED light treatment in a clinic is $80 (the cheapest) and honestly most of the home use masks are pretty advanced as well. So for me it's worth it having at home instead of going to a clinic since you often have to buy a series of 10 sessions in a clinic to see any results and still have to go monthly to keep the results. So for me I find it worth it, but i know they are pretty pricey if seen just as a skincare tool.

Im sure the in office LEDs are slightly better but that is why you just have to spend more time on the home ones. I'm fine with that. I ended up choosing Omnilux. Looking forward to your next live!

Sorry to hear about that. Yes i agree that their return policy is not the best. i think i mention it on this video as well. I've heard of other companies that also charge restocking feels and charge for return shipping as well so they are not the only ones but i do agree i'd prefer free returns. BTW you should still be able to return it if you open it but i think they require the original packaging. I never had to return mine, but always good to keep package for a little bit just in case.
However i do still love this mask and I never had any problems with it. still works great and i love it for combining w other treatments since it's so quick to use and does give great results.

When the mask arrived, is there already power in it? Did you try pressing the on off button at the forehead part and the green light turns on? I got mine and I haven’t even charged yet and the device can be turned on displaying a green light. 🤔
Hi it does come with some charge but always best to fully charge before using it.
Thank you very much for this video and the fantastic recommendation to do the microcurrent directly after it. I am considering buying it but wondering if I can use the serum and the LED mask only at night because the serum has retinol (I prefer to do the treatment in the morning because this is the time I am doing the microcurrent).
Do not use retinol in the daytime; I learned this from a dermatologist. She explained with the sun, it makes your face more sensitive (to outdoor elements).
I use Micro Current (Foreo) and Radio Frequency (Silk n Titen) is it safe to use a mask? How many times a week can I use this mask? I do MC daily and RF two times per week. Love your videos

Hi the Anti aging mode uses Amber, Red, Deep red and Infrared and the Acne Mode use Blue and Red. It mixes the lights together at the same time for a deeper treatment. So uses all these lights at the same time. . You can read more about it here on this link:

Hi, do you think there's still a place for a led panel red , near infrared, since I currently have one, but ordered the Qure still waiting for it, but now I'm not sure that the panel will still have a place because its a pretty large and does my face, and neck at the same time, so I don't want to over do it with LED.

Hi Yes there is still room for a led panel (if you already have one) I also have a panel myself, I don't use it as often since i rather a short treatment but you could use the Qure mask 3 mins daily and try to use your panel once a week.
I also like the panel to use on body parts as well. So having a panel is still great since you already have one and having a Qure mask will speed up your results and cut down on treatment time since most panels you have to sit under for 20 to 30 minutes.
Just now I was about to use my panel but I actually went ahead and picked up my Qure mask instead because of lack of time so in this case really helpful to have the Qure mask because even thought I didn't have 30 minutes to sit under my panel I could still fit in my Qure mask treatment even thought I had no time for a treatment. I'm without a babysitter so it's been so challenging to find time to do treatments so I still love my Qure mask because I can always squeeze a treatment in even in a super busy schedule.

can you get different lights like amber, infra red, etc without the app?
Hi you don't need the App to use it. You can just press the button once for the anti-aging setting than press the button 2x if you need to use the acne setting. The app is just if you want to have different lights for different parts of the face. But you don't need the App to use it. Let me know if you have any other questions

Sadly I brought it I used it for months i was happy but the the mask had black trace of color from the bag it comes with and it was hurting my nose I am so disappointed 😔 you think spending that much money on mask it would be clean i reached out to them they didn’t do anything
Hi sorry to hear that.. I've never had any issues with mine. It does have a black bag that you can keep the device on..Did it stained it? I'm not sure how a stain could cause it to hurt your nose. Maybe The mask might be too tight on the straps. Try loosing the straps or using without the straps.
For me I find it pretty comfortable to use but my husband uses it without the straps. since he does not like any pressure on his nose either and since it's only 3 minute treatment it goes by quick.
I sometimes keep mine on the bag but it never caused any stains or any malfunctions. Sorry to hear you had that experience. I do know most companies have a return policy so not sure it covers stains. If if the bag did stain it Maybe try using a soft cloth to clean it. In the US there is a cleaning sponge called Mr. Clean Magic eraser. It has helped me clean a lot of my toddler drawing on the wall. It could help.
Again i've used inside the bag and never had any issues but hope this suggestions are helpful so you can continue to use it because i did see amazing results using this mask and it is my favorite of all my LED masks since it's so quick to use.

App is horrendous. Doesn’t connect properly, timing is off, doesn’t mark treatment days completed. It’s a joke. I’m just turning on manually and using it that way with a second timer to make sure I get a min of three minutes. Reported issues.
Hi Make sure to contact them about it. I use mine with both the APP and without the APP and I have never had any problems. Either way the mask should turn off automatically in 3 minutes regardless if you use the APP or not. If your mask does not turn off after 3 minutes it could be something related to your mask. So make sure to contact them about it. I have mine for years and I use it daily. It's my favorite LED mask because it's so quick to use. Keep me posted and let me know if there is anything i can do to help.

Honestly LED light mask seem expensive but when you think of the long term use compared to getting it done in an esthetician or office it's actually cheaper to have one at home.
In LA a single LED light treatment in a clinic is $80 (the cheapest) and honestly most of the home use masks are pretty advanced as well.
So for me it's worth it having at home instead of going to a clinic since you often have to buy a series of 10 sessions in a clinic to see any results and still have to go monthly to keep the results. So for me I find it worth it, but i know they are pretty pricey if seen just as a skincare tool.
@@BrazilianGirlChannel I agree with you fully. Single sessions here are around the same price or less. Im sure the in office LEDs are slightly better but that is why you just have to spend more time on the home ones. I'm fine with that. I ended up choosing Omnilux. Looking forward to your next live!
Pre ordered the mask waited months got it and it’s totally defective. Mask is a real pos. Do not buy and would recommended reading reviews about how shitty their customer service is
Hi Sorry to hear that. I bought the Qure mask myself and mine still works and never gave me any problems.. They do have warranty. I don't work for Qure but I can try helping. What issues are you having w tha mask? I can try to help. I stand by my reviews I do love this mask and I find it it's really good quality. I can try helping troubleshoot or i can try reaching qure to help you replace the mask.
Will u pls help me I just received my mask Qure mask after watch ur video but it’s not working on button when I press to start it’s just blink and not coming on and so I put on charge because I taught it didn’t come on charged so when I put on charged whole mask is blinking like violet colors I don’t know it been over 8 hours on there web -site it should charge in 2 or maximum 8 hours my doing same thing what I am doing wrong
