I read this today: "PAM and other nonstick sprays cause chipping of the pan or the frying basket. This causes the pan or the basket to wear off fast. For that reason, you should avoid them and go for your favorite cooking oil to prevent food from sticking on the frying basket." I don't want you messin' up that new Blackstone.

Thanks for the info. We are using olive oil spray, so maybe that will be ok I hope. Where did you find that, that is interesting.
