    The Netherlands returned six colonial-era artifacts to Sri Lanka after more than 200 years. The artifacts were taken from Kandy, the last kingdom of ancient Sri Lanka, in 1765. The Dutch besieged the palace at the time. The artifacts include:

    Sadly at times the video goes to MUTE mode and as a result the viewer looses the opportunity of listening to some important facts about this invaluable treasures of Sinhalale Kings.
    Hopefully the museum authorities, law agencies including the Government will take all the precautions to safeguard and maintain these treasures for future generations, especially from the so called "Maha Rajano" and his family.
