Just discovered your channel - very cool!
Have you tried the v2 of that evernew stand? I found it made a HUGE difference over the V1 you're using. 9m15s boil -vs- 6m30s boil. I think the extra height is what helps.
Also, is that a LHG hoodie?! The most comfiest hoodie on earth.
