The Flower Scrubbies Are A Fun And Cheerful Way
To Do The Dishes.
Although these are bright and sunny, they are also very durable. I designed them using
Yarn Bee Scrub- ology Scrub it yarn From Hobby Lobby. This yarn is a bulky (5) yarn, and can be machine washed and dried. They have several pretty colors.
So You can make flowers in lots of lovely colors. Because the Yarn is a bulky yarn, they stitch up
easily and quickly
If You do not have this yarn, you can make them Holding 2 strands of Med(4) yarns together,
or 1 strand of scrubby yarn and 1 strand of cotton held together.
What a wonderful addition to a wedding, birthday and house warming gift. They also would be great
just for decorations. Maybe string them up for a cheerful bunting and hang them in the window.

I love them 💗 thank 😊you for sharing.
Glad you like them!
I've never seen the biginning circle made that way. It looks like it closes the circle up really well. Thank you for the tutorial. The scrubbed are cute and a good size.
Glad it was helpful! I have been doing circles this way for 40 years, it's very old style.
I use two strands of acrylic used together. Very abrasive and acrylic dries quickly. In Japan it is what they use for their crocheted tawashi.
Yes, That will work great, I also do that. The yarn in the video is made for making scrubbies.
The acrylic is like a scrubbie due to its abrasiveness.
Oh how cute. Thanks so much for sharing.
You are so welcome!
Super Cute! I made one, it turned out! Thank you for sharing! Peace and Love Always, Lorri 💛💛💛
These scrubbies are adorable Sara. They would make cute mug rugs too. Thank you so much for sharing and your tutorial!
Glad you like them! They would.
Sara, I love these. Can't wait to make a jillion of 'em.
I know, I can't stop making them!
Sara do you have something in German she'll stitch. I would like to learn it to make a table runner thank you I love your teaching. You are easy you to understand. There are sites that have German shell stitch but they have such a heavy accent from being from another country it's hard to understand them they do lovely work and so do you thank you very much
No yet, but it sure is lovely.
I love these! I'm going to make more for gifts!
Wonderful!

Awesome wish hobby lobby deliver to canada what size hook you use if using cotton and scrubbie yarn 2 strands
I have not stitched this up with 2 strands of cotton, but I think it would be a 6.00mm.
these are sweet..but i could never put my yarns in a dirty pan..lolol ill keep using scotch brite then throw em away...which is what you would have to do with these after a while..cute tho
This yarn is made for making scrubbies, That why it's called scubby yarn. It holds up great and lasts long.
