- Our patient education series are videos for patients dealing with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) produced by Katelaris Urology and feature Dr Katelaris as well as patients who have experience prostate cancer and erectile dysfunction.

Thank you both for sharing something so personal - I have had a consultation this morning & been referred to the surgeon here, who carries out the procedure.
My day started with one of worry, I thought it was going to be camera time & holding water - but no. I at last feel like I have been heard & something is going to happen.

Katelaris Urology - 20 years it has took me to get to this stage. I have spinal nerve damage, was told by Urologist, they never meet text book cases they study at university, just the usual overweight, smoking, diabetic patients.
Started when I was 23, each doc & urologist wouldn't listen until my neurologist told me to tell them about my spinal damage.
Cost me two houses, 2 relationships & now at 50 - don't know how long it will take before the next step, but had the drugs, pipettes, & injections, nothing works - I even self catheterize! Now I have had a referral.
Only had penetrative sex once in my life, when I was 16.
This has been a long, long journey.

@@Ranjeet-Baiju Nine weeks after and my AMS 700 LGX is working perfectly. My length is gradually coming back and girth is plumping up. Still slight pain but that's to be expected and the doctor told me to pump it up to the max every day until it hurts. It's like a slight stinging. I can even tolerate it while I sleep. Once the capsule is formed the pain will subside. Like a teenager again anytime I want.
I thinking about it can you share your experience

If you're 50+ and have consistent issues with impotence, for crying out loud, what are you waiting for? These implants last up to 20 years. So, if you're 50 and you decide to get one, you're good until you hit 70. I believe there's a lifetime warranty as well so you can get it replaced at some point for just the surgery and anesthesia cost. Once you get one, your erections are no longer the concern, your ticker is. The implant will give you the sexual ability your heart often can't handle so consider that...
Whats expensive is not the implant tho lol is the surgery and surgeon fees

Very interesting to hear from them both and there glowing feeling as well. Know we can maybe save a few suicides from the not knowing factor with a performace factor where one fits all type of thing. know guys of all ages can be men again with out any embarrasing let downs when you least expect it. Do we have this in Australia.

Absolutely the worst decision I have ever made in my life!!!
I understood there would be "some" loss of length, but I lost half of my before length, according to my girlfriend 4-5 inches lost. She said it is most noticeable during oral sex and the act of actual love making, she said it feels like I'm only fingering her.
Seriously I can now hide my semi-erect penis (can only achieve limp at best) in my closed fist, before there would by at 4-5 inches beyond! On top of loss of length, girth is now only "slightly" larger than my thumb!
Another thing to think about is that this procedure is irreversible, once you get an implant you can "NEVER" go back to normal erections and will "ALWAYS" need an implant!
This has been a horrible and emotionally devastating experience, I don't even feel like a man anymore and want this damn thing removed!!!

Of course he was! But I don’t doubt he values his implant. I’ve done a shitload of research on them and patients really do like them a lot; younger and older.

After watching this video months ago, I got mine done in Miami on August 2nd, 2023, so just 5 days ago. Still a bit sore but not bad at all. I can fell am gonna have a very good result with. No more Viagra for me.

NO. SORRY, but it is not that natural. YOU FEEL YOU HAVE SOMETHING INSIDE YOU.
