- Back to the Future III train sequence as a silent film.
I've always loved Alan Silvestri's score for these movies. This video brings it into the spotlight without sound effects or dialogue so it can be fully enjoyed.
This sequence really shows how a good score can tell a story without any dialogue.
That was so clever! I loved it...Thanks for sharing!
Gald you enjoyed it!
Kristina Lee Spoke my mind! I love this myself... :D I feel like Sepia would've worked better..
As a huge fan of Alan Silvestri's scores for BTTF and old-timey movies... awesome job man!
+NeoMaximuz Glad you enjoyed it! The old Matrix Trilogy DVD's had an option to watch the movies with just the soundtrack and nothing else, except that soundtrack never really excited me that much. I always wished more movies had that option.
+TNG_Love I remember that on the Matrix DVD! I think the Blu-Ray carried that over as well. If you enjoyed M83's soundtrack to Oblivion, the Blu-Ray has that option for that soundtrack in Dolby TrueHD 5.1.
+NeoMaximuz Cool, I'll have to check that out.
a damm advert just before the climax
excellent job Subbed
That was so dang cool!
imagen if this is how they could have planned it back in the day, in 1985 the Film is normal everyday film, then in 1955 it was more old film looking, a bit blurry with slightly tweaked voices, then in the second movie when they go to 2015 its smooth looking, perfectly clear and good color to it, then maybe as a Twist when they go to Biff 1985 the Film has a darker style to it, like some form of Burnt and dark look, and then its back to the 1955 old film look, maybe having a difference unless Scene shows otherwise (like when two marty's are in the same scene have it Biff 1985 marty is his version of Old Film 1955 and when it goes to normal 1985 marty with young mom, it goes to his old Film style for a few seconds), then when it hits the Third Movie it does this for most of it... maybe do have Voices, but maybe for some scenes... like the intense ones like the Tannan VS Mcfly draw or something like that
When they remade this film in 1990 I was pleasantly surprised.
Loved it! Thanks...
Awesome!
It's Presto Logs btw, not Pressure logs.. brilliant idea! It works, ;)
That was amazing! Kudos!
It's a silent science experiment... 😊...,!!!
Edwin S Porter as guest director ...having previously made The Great Train Robbery!

*BTTF III OPENING TITLES*
Based On The Men Of Tomorrow (1885)
During the silent era, those movies needed orchestra music .. without which, the audience will get drowsy...unable to empathize with the flow the visuals.
