It doesn't flash faster because of a difference in resistance. The GTR lamps draw less current and the signaling system senses that. The fast flash is an alerting method to let you know something is not as per design. None of the electronics will be harmed by faster flash.
I don't fully understand your question. We make separate videos for each part/location of installation. We're you asking if these can be installed on the rear?

Technically yes but that installation is a bit involved, especially if you want it to look good. You would also need to talk with our customer service guys before ordering so you get the appropriate harness adapter as the rear connectors for the signals may be different from the front
We do not have that motorcycle here so we cannot physically check for you. We also do not have easy access to the parts breakdowns of these EU models. If you can dig up the Honda part number of your factory relay, we can match you up.
