I recently finished the game and, overall, it was good. I did struggle on some bosses and missions, especially the final boss. I don't pay attention to side quests cuz they suck and I want to pay attention to the main quest. No wonder why this game got so much hate. It's so fun. I give DC Superhero Girls: Teen Power a _B+ out of S_ rank, which is a clear 7/10. Why a B? Here's why: Pros: 1. Story-wise, it's your basic episode of DC Superhero Girls except that it's a video game and it's longer. 2. The outfits. They look charming and cute. 3. Ths combat gameplay, while a bit stiff, is very decent, to where I can get more attack chains. 4. The music. So jazzy 🎷 5. The boss battles. They're really amazing, though sometimes struggling, even for a game for kids. 6. Out of all characters, Batgirl is the most well-balanced and overpowered (starting) playable character to where her special abilities are like spectacular! Cons: 1. The enemies. My god are the enemies so tough. I do dodge them but sometimes, when I try to do a just dodge, it just didn't trigger it while the enemies does their attack. Oh and especially the dolls. They're SUPER ANNOYING!!! 2. The game lacks the other main heroes and villains as playable characters. I hope in the future, they'll get Jessica Cruz, Zatanna, Bumble B., Livewire, Poison Ivy and Giganta as DLC characters probably for free or for 7 to 10 bucks. 3. The worst playable character has to be my favorite character of the entirety of DC: Harley Quinn. Her combat is the worst, she fights really boring and feels slow and her main super move feels rather weak sometimes. Alrighty, that covers it. I had alot of fun with this game, despite its mixed to negative reception. Heck, I wish the gameplay was more faster.
