Holy moley Amy and Matt - those underwater shots of Florence gently sailing past were absolutely mesmerising. Would love to see an episode of how you produce your excellent videos, it was great seeing how you did the over/under shot. Also - this episode is superb, great seeing you two enjoying each others company. As for the blue hole you have visited - I've been to the one in Dahab, Egypt which was fantastic as well. John.
I've been following you two from the beginning. I remember when you got your new sails in Thailand and here you are already making repairs. You've come a long, long way in so many respects. Your videos are just fantastic - good idea to show how you get some of your shots! I've made a few videos that are just more like family videos on YT and I gained a huge respect for channels like yours that crank out these exceptionally well done and so very entertaining videos week after week. Bravo!!
Amazing water and lovely shots! After six years on a small boat, I come from a sailing family, do you ever argue????? My parents lived on their boat for 13 years. My dad was really patient . But not sure I could do it.
I went back and watched some of the videos from the visit to the Marquesas… the videos were good then, but it’s plain to see that you two have become world class videographers in the 5 years(!!!) since then.
I grew up sailing in the Bahamas in the 70/80s. I was under the impression it was all transformed negatively by now. Glad to still see some outer island nature.
You know that trust is the bedrock, the foundation , of a great relationship as it is a prerequisite for respect and that is essential for friendship and love. This video is a wonderful resource for those whose relationships are struggling. I don’t think you planned it to be but in my humble opinion it is. Your touch on the world brings benefits you didn’t intend, thank you…
This is such a polished channel, I am stunned that it only has 117K subscribers. You should have well over 250K by now. Come on people, do the honours and hit the scribe button. They are worth it!
My husband and I recently purchased a Mason 48 and I have to thank you both for being part of the inspiration for us to take the plunge. Fair winds and following seas ❤⛵☀️
You have just won my very well considered and most prestigious award of being the best sailing channel ever. You leave every other sailing channel in your wake. 😊Sincere congratulations!
Loved the over/under pic. I honestly have no idea how much work it takes to make these videos but I now understand a little more and just want to say thanks for the effort and the explanation of how it's done.
I must tell you that your videos have to be the most professionally done that I have seen. With superb videography, to explicit storytelling, the unfolding background music. Well done my friend. Well done.
From the shifting sands of Namibia to the white sands of the Bahamas, you two never disappoint! Just spectacular filming, so relaxing to watch as well. It will be so sad for your viewers when you finally get back to England (are you there yet?) I hope you never lose your sense of wonder.
Nice fish, beautiful cinematography, especially the over/under. Well worth it and good to see the sharks weren't participating at that time either. Thanks always for sharing.
I've loved watching your videos for a few years now and they just keep getting even better. Your sailing skills and videography really are second to none. Great stuff guys, brilliant. Please don't ever stop doing this!
Hopefully, the crystal turquoise water of the Bahamas is visiting your dreams now, as you venture on your north Atlantic passage. Another sparkling episode Amy and Matt! 💙💙💙💙💙
Truly magnificent cinematography and sound making this episode not only beautiful but captivating throughout this epic episode. We can't thank you both so much for bringing your life aboard Florence to us. Breath taking!
Love your antics trying to get motion shots of your hull in passing. The high trust levels you to have is truly enjoyable to watch. All the best to both of you.
Those over and under shots of Florence underway were absolutely awesome guys. Well worth the effort. Never seen shots like that before…absolutely incredible! A great video as always but that was an absolute stand out for us 😍⛵️
Small tip. Leave your fins on when getting back on the boat. Fin up like crazy and you can probably get your waist up to the bulwark and then just flop forward and into the boat without needing to drag yourself up with your arms.
Wow that was cool. Thank you Matt & Amy. Those shots were good to watch. Absolutely not a waste of time Matt. The clear water looks so nice. Or like you said, a big swimming pool.👍 Thank you both. SV Kiwi Lady Opua Bay of islands New Zealand 👍🏿
Beautful footage. Always love the Behind the Lens feature. No way I'd trust Jen to come back for me if we were doing fly by's!! She never could resist temptation!
Honestly guys, I've been watching for a while now, and the production values and quality of your videos is just getting better and better. Absolutely stunning episode. Such a beautifule place.
Well, Magoo, you've done it again! Not a bad video for experts! I liked your drive-by shootings! I'd like to see that again while you are crossing the N. Atlantic! 😉
So many of the solutions you have adopted are identical to what i have implemented on my own (34ft) cruising boat. I feel i could step on board Florence and simply sail off!
Brilliant video guys. Under water shots of Florence are great. Glad you showed us the behind the scene filmmaking as that was going to be my first question. 👍
How on Earth (and water) did you get those shots at 15:09 half underwater, half above? With Florence sailing straight towards? This was stunning. This was beautiful.
Question? In the mid 80s I motor sailed from the Florida keys to the Bahamas. The coast guard advised us to be extremely careful as boats were being seized by drug runners and the crews killed.😮the owner of the boat was not caviler about the warning but felt that we would be able to defend ourselves if needed due to three fully automatic weapons on board. 2 m14s and 1 long barreled hk5. We sailed in daylight and used the engine when needed. We had no trouble. So is piracy extinct in the Caribbean. Matt and Amy seem semi oblivious to danger or perhaps the simply don't put it on their wonderful videos.
That is just next level video! The photography is supurb (as is all the rest)! The Bahamas are a very special place. So glad you got to experience them!
Fab film this week. The Bahamas look so ❤mind-blowingly beautiful. I was wondering how you got those shots and then all was revealed at the end. A great ‘behind the scenes’ David Attenborough move!!! Xx
Honestly, every time I think your cinematography can’t get any better you go to the next level. This episode was just stunning from beginning to end.
Look what followed the Tuna in. You were lucky!

Stunning pictures. Thank you for sharing this incredible adventure with us. Fair winds and following seas.
I respect the time that must have taken to grab those underwater shots of Florence sailing overhead. Awesome!

I remember the Thailand episode, wow, cant believe that much time has passed

I love that you show "behind the Len's" some don't understand what it takes to get the shot. Great job you guys.

Fifty shades of blue.💙 Thanks for all the effort you exert to bring the most spectacular footage. 🤟 Such a special place. 🌎
We sailed our 41 ft, 4 1/2 ft draft full keel ketch in The Bahamas for years. One meter under the keel is deep water.
I've loved watching your videos for a few years now and they just keep getting even better. Your sailing skills and videography really are second to none. Great stuff guys, brilliant. Please don't ever stop doing this!
Beautiful footage, this is one of our favourite channels!
Hopefully, the crystal turquoise water of the Bahamas is visiting your dreams now, as you venture on your north Atlantic passage. Another sparkling episode Amy and Matt!

Good morning Amy and Matt the colours of the water is fantastic would be nice on scuba
Best sailing channel by far.
Smiling all the way through the video so relaxing, great job.
Cool shot! Like how fast Florence was going but yet inturbulent invisible flow.
Small tip. Leave your fins on when getting back on the boat. Fin up like crazy and you can probably get your waist up to the bulwark and then just flop forward and into the boat without needing to drag yourself up with your arms.
Those water shots were absolutely amazing!! It almost felt like i could touch the water.
Sharks get such a bad rap. Reef sharks are known to be the friendliest, most relaxed sharks out there. We are not on their menu!🦈❤
Your videomaking skills are simply the best, incredible shots and editing. Thanks
One more enchanting video. Thanks so much.
Beautiful sailing. Wow, will watch is episode again and again.
Spectacular video again! Your skill and effort in producing these leaves me in awe. Thank you.

Hi Amy and Matt!
Rich 👋
After seeing Florence sail over Matt, I think the mystery has been solved.
Why dolphins like to swim with sailboats. 🐬🤗
Great film with beautiful music, I enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to your Atlantic crossing....😅
Well, Magoo, you've done it again! Not a bad video for experts! I liked your drive-by shootings! I'd like to see that again while you are crossing the N. Atlantic! 😉

Another great video 👍⛵⚓. Love your films and your relaxed delivery.
No doubt you saw the shark following your tuna right as you pulled it behind your Florence.. 👍
Beautiful videography
Triple thumbs up bravo 👏
So many of the solutions you have adopted are identical to what i have implemented on my own (34ft) cruising boat. I feel i could step on board Florence and simply sail off!
