Smoke is ridiculously good, even on controller his smg 11 is nasty. The best thing about him is that people always forget he can walk through his own smoke so if your engaged in a tight hallway/ doorway. Smoke it off and walk right through and they never expect it
Alot of the lower rankings seem like they are based more on ur own skill issues and inability to properly utilize the op rather than them just being bad

I very much agree with this comment. Most of these ranking seems based on personal skill. I played almost most of these operators, been playing since Operation health. And yeah, each operator, it just meh all mostly about your own playstyle and how "you" use them. Even some operators that I play aren't meant to be played in some ways but I play it that way lol. For example Wamai, I'd just toss his disc's at windows and above doors or corners so attackers can toss nades or flashes or smokes where they want it. Even more so I dropped three kills on Coastline in the same two hallways cuz I was camping the middle area watching cameras and using Proxy alarms
Fuze is absolutely amazing in lower ranks. Even when defense goes 2f, I still get away with placing the Fuze charges in windows outside site almost every time. Pair that with a can opener and a great gun and he's a blast from Bronze to Silver

Last season I was Bronze and my friend was Silver and just Fuze by themselves would still get kills, even if I repicked them multiple times. We were curious and used R6 tracker against players who immediately found and killed me or just did good top roaming and they were almost always Gold+ players.

Mira windows dont get destroyed by explosives they get shattered by "Drilling porjectiles" so zofia cant break her winow and nades cant either only ash and kali can with their gadget

Putting Vigil at 64 is crazy, he has a well rounded AR and good secondaries, impacts and a BP which go well with his utility, and he denies info which is really good based on the fact that intel is really important in siege, even though the attackers do get a somewhat of an alert when he’s around.
Simple Tachanka gadget fix, make fire ramp and last after stepping out of it. Seems like you get ticked by fire every 0.2 seconds or so, and it does 12 damage. Make it gain four or maybe six damage for every consecutive tic. Sprinting through it will be about three or four tics which will cause give a proportional amount of damage to an operator based on their speed. So tankier Ops will take a similar percent of dmg ro their HP as quicker Ops. Same for Goyo as well. The lasting effect could be based on the number of tics you take while in the fire; you get hit four times, it continues dmging you twice. This could be a flat number or continue the ramp. If it continues the ramp then you just need to reduce the ramp up rate, if it doesn't, then a lower flat number would work fine too. This would make fire more than a deterrent for people below half HP, it would turn a full HP individual into a two-three shot kill, even from a pea shooter. It would also buff off angles that dont have head LOS. This could be too strong since defense creativity typically and offense stupidity typically guarantees at least one free kill while youre defending and this would only add onto that. Also, maybe buffing some speeds for his gadget would work. Instead of making his fire last longer, just make him reload quicker or handle his weapon quicker. Often times youre caught off because both reloading and switching to his gadget take too long. Maybe having one or the other be quicker would allow for a etronger position where tachanka isnt getting pushed from three angles simultaneously when his gadget is specifically an entry denier. It's counter intuitive tk make both aspects of his gadget take too long to be functional. Between the two, i think allowing him to switch between his weapons quicker is more valid.
As a tachanka main since release, that is a good suggestion. A better suggestion is giving the lord back his mounted lmg with full rotation and the original black beard shield.

I used to think Flores was terrible. But more recently I’ve been playing him since I finally decided to get him, he’s great for destroying utility as said but especially when they have castles, the plays can lead to massive pushes and kill plays, although the 2.5 or 3 sec time on explosion is too long but can be used to push people out of corners and have your teammate pre-fire their way out.
When i first started playing sledge/mute was my main and after 3 years hiatus i'm finally getting back into r6s and I'm just surprised just how many more operators there are, and all the buffs and nerfs. This helped me quickly know what the meta operater is :) gonna play sense. Obviously.
Sens either needs a prediction line as to where their disk will ricochet (because I am DONE with it bouncing off invisible geometry!), or made so Warden CAN'T see through them! Since the projectors are countered by Mute Jammers, Zoto Cannisters, Impact Grenades, or even just shooting then, I think it's ballanced. (BOTH of these buffs would be nice, imo).
I don't even push with a teammate that plays Sens cuz i'll know he'll get us killed with that clunky gadget last time i was near Sens i swear i got killed by an enemy who somehow got to see through sens's gadget while i don't. It's very confusing and indeed the worst op ingame. I'd argue on black beard but atleast he doesn't harm the team.
I'd make it so that walking past the gadget gets you a visual debuff of sorts, probably something similar to the stun effect. Kinda like Catalyst's ultimate in Apex Legends.
Man I love Oryx, setting up routes using hatches and your dash mean you can literally go from roaming all the way across the map to anchoring in like 10 seconds, he has a great primary, and can help set up site in seconds

Maybe increase the time needed to deploy but amp up the damage a bunch. Walking through toxic gas or fire should definitely be a hefty decision to make with regrettable consequences.

Alibi is imo a great pick in the lower ranks, up to and around plat I would say, because people dont or barely drone and even if they do they will still shoot the prisma's. As long as you play off them or put them in and around site they provide a lot of information for both you and your team.
I feel like operator rankings are better than operator tier lists. With tier lists, everyone just throws a majority into S and A, there is more personal bias, or they base it on the meta as opposed to how well-rounded an operator actually is. Also, Blackbeard is the worst operator in the game. Sens, while bad, brings something. Blackbeard brings nothing.
I agree with the IQ scan, I love playing IQ when the enemy brings a maestro(because they usually try to hide off site and stay on their phone/cams) but if I could scan every trap and camera In my view, that would be way more efficient.
I feel that she could get a emp shot (3) augmented into her wrist-mounted scanner. She would have a fairly quick animation but still have the pistol out and a long recharge time. Twitch realistically wouldn't be hurt by this since:
1. She isn't in physical danger 2. Shorter charge 3. More mobility (drone holes) 4. hiding and preplacements 5. It's a Lazer vs emp (counters Mira and dmgs players)

Vigil and Blackbeard have slight problem with guns, 1st one could have regular M4 like Maverick and BB - well, seals use MK-18 or Block II M4 so theres no need of this slow af ScarH CQB. For me the whole gunplay and dmg outputs are insane, I'd implement the caliber damage - all 9mm do same damage, all 5,56 do same damage etc. Next are gadgets, bb shield should at least stop half of operator hp - around 60 - 75 would be good comparing to current 25hp. Then vigil jamer, Imho it should wipe him clean from any observatory drone, camera, gadget. Make him like caveira but without silent steps to be balanced. Give me feedback if those would be ok changes and leave your opinion guys
Moxie that low is insane he’s the only defender who cany deny and gain info from gadget, has a 1.5 with a good gun. He’s arguably the best solo q operator
You can’t have Grim that high and Zero at #51 arguably the best offensive loadout, hard breach gadget or claymore and a very strong and accessible intel gadget that can take off denial and etc, Zero literally has EVERYTHING you would need on offense

I've become an Alibi main lately. Seeing the clones through walls across the map is fantastic - more often than not, the other team can't resist shooting them, telling me exactly were they're coming from. Paired with the beepers, I have 5 little bastards to warn me of enemy locations. Perfect for solo play

As Zero main I should say… You can counter pretty well to Kaid, Mute and Bandit allowing to your breachers make their jobs You can troll people in Mira mirrors You can provide intel of two floors on many maps You can spank in ass to those not moving defenders forcing them to move You can destroy from a safe place all gadgets of defenders except the Frost traps
Echo is so good, shooting shied ops and watching their shield move to the side while your teammate dumps a mag into their face is something that never gets old.
I think the best way to dix alibi is to make it so her holograms are created from something you throw on the ceiling instead of floor and make them so they copy the loadout the player is using even adding an option to control the way they stand like the way we can control rams directions with boogie. The three options being stand, crouch, and prone. Makes for a more versatile and fun engagement that allows for a lot of high iq plays with alibi and to be able to counter this we make it so the opponent isn't pinged when they shoot the alibi but are instead given a short 1.5 sec debuff that makes their screen darken.
Sens? Being useful? XD I'm sorry if only you can get past pre fires and not get headshotted. Cuz most players when they see a sens gadget rolling. They'll so shoot head level.
Sens is one of those operators where you need at least one more person and its op. For example a sens and a ying can be devastating. Not hearing the plant and if you manage to dodge ying candella you still cant see shit because of sens. Ofc a c4 can delete the whole shit but yeah. Sens IS useful in a right hand with right team

Mozzie should be top 10 at least. 1.5 scope on the best gun in the game, with a c4, and can completely deny intel and create intel out of opposing intel. Plus, hes arguably the best roamer in the game, and the pests dont necessarily have to be used on game start

I'm actually starting to like Sens. One disc can take the spot of two or three smokes. I find the best strategy is to get on site as quick as possible and block long angles so someone can plant. Using a suppressor is pretty important. It's nearly impossible to retake a site with Sens in it unless you have a Warden (although Warden is popular right now). Sens is definitely better than Blackbeard and Nokk right now.

Like bank for example, my teams strat consists of echo and tachanka, echo has a drone in cctv, tachanka sits prone in red on rotate looking into cc and arcs nades, completely denying a plant from either the door or any breach thats made from server. Same can be said for blue on on oregon or prep on kafe. Sure goyo could be used but you have to peek out to shoot it, not to mention if the attackers have a twitch they can activate the goyo for you and cut off a retake if you need to do one.
As of right now I would definitely put blitz in around B tier maybe higher, he’s a three speed, can stun people with a melee, can now spot traps without moving your shield, blind opponents and either melee or shoot, the only thing holding him back is the shield only going down to his knees, but that will not be a problem for a good blitz player
I have like 29 hours in the game, and the first characters i started to Play were hibana echo and dokkaebi. Glad that they are still strong even on higher lvl!

Since the projectors are countered by Mute Jammers, Zoto Cannisters, Impact Grenades, or even just shooting then, I think it's ballanced.
(BOTH of these buffs would be nice, imo).
I don't even push with a teammate that plays Sens cuz i'll know he'll get us killed with that clunky gadget last time i was near Sens i swear i got killed by an enemy who somehow got to see through sens's gadget while i don't. It's very confusing and indeed the worst op ingame. I'd argue on black beard but atleast he doesn't harm the team.

I'd make it so that walking past the gadget gets you a visual debuff of sorts, probably something similar to the stun effect. Kinda like Catalyst's ultimate in Apex Legends.
Only time we use sens is when we duo with a glaz. Only reason we ever use sens 😅

Man I love Oryx, setting up routes using hatches and your dash mean you can literally go from roaming all the way across the map to anchoring in like 10 seconds, he has a great primary, and can help set up site in seconds

@@CultistKingQ as a tachanka and smoke player, I think both need to have the consequences of being in their AOE amped up SIGNIFICANTLY. Maybe increase the time needed to deploy but amp up the damage a bunch. Walking through toxic gas or fire should definitely be a hefty decision to make with regrettable consequences.

Alibi is imo a great pick in the lower ranks, up to and around plat I would say, because people dont or barely drone and even if they do they will still shoot the prisma's. As long as you play off them or put them in and around site they provide a lot of information for both you and your team.

I feel like operator rankings are better than operator tier lists. With tier lists, everyone just throws a majority into S and A, there is more personal bias, or they base it on the meta as opposed to how well-rounded an operator actually is.
Also, Blackbeard is the worst operator in the game. Sens, while bad, brings something. Blackbeard brings nothing.
I agree with the IQ scan, I love playing IQ when the enemy brings a maestro(because they usually try to hide off site and stay on their phone/cams) but if I could scan every trap and camera In my view, that would be way more efficient.
I feel that she could get a emp shot (3) augmented into her wrist-mounted scanner. She would have a fairly quick animation but still have the pistol out and a long recharge time. Twitch realistically wouldn't be hurt by this since:
1. She isn't in physical danger
2. Shorter charge
3. More mobility (drone holes)
4. hiding and preplacements
5. It's a Lazer vs emp (counters Mira and dmgs players)

Vigil and Blackbeard have slight problem with guns, 1st one could have regular M4 like Maverick and BB - well, seals use MK-18 or Block II M4 so theres no need of this slow af ScarH CQB. For me the whole gunplay and dmg outputs are insane, I'd implement the caliber damage - all 9mm do same damage, all 5,56 do same damage etc. Next are gadgets, bb shield should at least stop half of operator hp - around 60 - 75 would be good comparing to current 25hp. Then vigil jamer, Imho it should wipe him clean from any observatory drone, camera, gadget. Make him like caveira but without silent steps to be balanced. Give me feedback if those would be ok changes and leave your opinion guys

Yeah i find the argument of "they can help attackers" to be not as big of a deal. Usually you place them in anchor spots. Lets be honest, youve basicaly already lost if the attackers have control over the site and i dont think thunderbirds stations are whats gonna decide it

I've become an Alibi main lately.
Seeing the clones through walls across the map is fantastic - more often than not, the other team can't resist shooting them, telling me exactly were they're coming from. Paired with the beepers, I have 5 little bastards to warn me of enemy locations.

You can troll people in Mira mirrors
You can provide intel of two floors on many maps
You can spank in ass to those not moving defenders forcing them to move
You can destroy from a safe place all gadgets of defenders except the Frost traps
Echo is so good, shooting shied ops and watching their shield move to the side while your teammate dumps a mag into their face is something that never gets old.

I'm convinced that some R6 dev mains Azami and that's the only reason she hasn't been nerfed yet.
I think the best way to dix alibi is to make it so her holograms are created from something you throw on the ceiling instead of floor and make them so they copy the loadout the player is using even adding an option to control the way they stand like the way we can control rams directions with boogie. The three options being stand, crouch, and prone. Makes for a more versatile and fun engagement that allows for a lot of high iq plays with alibi and to be able to counter this we make it so the opponent isn't pinged when they shoot the alibi but are instead given a short 1.5 sec debuff that makes their screen darken.
Sense is actually very useful for throwing her projectors near doorways or windows and giving yourself cover to plant the defuser in front of doors

Sens is one of those operators where you need at least one more person and its op. For example a sens and a ying can be devastating. Not hearing the plant and if you manage to dodge ying candella you still cant see shit because of sens. Ofc a c4 can delete the whole shit but yeah. Sens IS useful in a right hand with right team

I'm actually starting to like Sens. One disc can take the spot of two or three smokes. I find the best strategy is to get on site as quick as possible and block long angles so someone can plant. Using a suppressor is pretty important. It's nearly impossible to retake a site with Sens in it unless you have a Warden (although Warden is popular right now). Sens is definitely better than Blackbeard and Nokk right now.
Zero is so underrated he can get intel destroy gadgets with his cam can be a hard breacher and has the best gun in the game

If glaz started with more smoke grenades he cld be INSANE!!! I love the strat I use with him but u really have to use ur two smoke nades mindfully.
tachanka that low is insane, he can completely cut off pushes from a safe area by bouncing nades while prone. Like bank for example, my teams strat consists of echo and tachanka, echo has a drone in cctv, tachanka sits prone in red on rotate looking into cc and arcs nades, completely denying a plant from either the door or any breach thats made from server. Same can be said for blue on on oregon or prep on kafe. Sure goyo could be used but you have to peek out to shoot it, not to mention if the attackers have a twitch they can activate the goyo for you and cut off a retake if you need to do one.

As of right now I would definitely put blitz in around B tier maybe higher, he’s a three speed, can stun people with a melee, can now spot traps without moving your shield, blind opponents and either melee or shoot, the only thing holding him back is the shield only going down to his knees, but that will not be a problem for a good blitz player
I have like 29 hours in the game, and the first characters i started to Play were hibana echo and dokkaebi. Glad that they are still strong even on higher lvl!
