We need 24 and 27 inch version of those monitors and max 700 800 Usd. I still keep my 3d vision Asus 3d monitor with a dual boot setup, and enjoy 3d games although I have many VR headsets. VR and 3d stereo with or without glasses (without is even cooler) are complimentary products not substitute. Nvidia shouldn't have to kill 3d vision, so angry with them. Hope it comes back thanks to the innovations like this, but we need larger screens for daily usage, and more affordable.

Really enjoyed the video! I am thinking about to buy it. But I have one question. Does the 3D still work when you're about 2 to 3 meters away from the monitor? Because I would like to place it on my coffee table and then game from my couch. If yes then it's a buy!

so even if i plug it into my alienware 51m as an external monitor, the 3D will not work? does the 3D effect apply to ALL youtube videos, twitch streams and images or no?
I would like to view 3D SBS pictures (shot with a Kandao Ego 3D camera) the simplest way possible. Can I put them on a micro SD inside the Acer display? Will I be able to view and browse them directly with the Acer display or do I absolutely need to connect the Acer display to a PC?
Will it work on the steam deck (docked) for the 3D games
I suppose it depends on if Acer's software is Linux compatible by itself, and then also the gamed on Linux

You should have tried playing 3ds games on citra emulator
according to the information on acers site the tec behind the capability's of the 3D, it uses depthmaps to provide the effect. they claim this is TRUE 3D witch when using depthmaps for stereo generation is considered FAKE 3D by industry standards.
so this is falsely advertised. also I cant find any links for the software that make all this possible.

Yeah annoying right!? Before I reviewed it they asked me if I had a new gpu otherwise they said I would struggle trying to play anything on it.
I don't get why it doesn't just work with 1080p though :/
