Heroin and other things destroyed Liverpool, my gran was from Bootle and my dad from south of Liverpool and he always told me it was a nice town and began going downhill when alot of "travellers" arrived and stuff started to go missing....everything from washing lines to entire fields of spuds overnight. Shame.
My dad came from a poor family with parents that didn't encourage him to do anything. He said his lowest point in life was the day he went and got dinner from a food van for the homeless because he couldnt afford to eat. It was that which sparked him to change his life. He has worked his butt off, owns a business and because of this we are able to live in the best suburbs in my city. Goes to show life is tough and nothing comes easy. Don't blame the rich. Get some get up and go in you.
+Jack Bell your about 13 lad you know nothing about gangs I'm from Dublin and the south of Ireland ever hear of the IRA ? They don't wear Nike air max 95s they kill people and blow up pubs so fuck your Manchester gang
Hi itsall - these particular types of gangs are generally kids who have grown up in disfunctional families in the same area - initially they would have just gained a name for themselves through bullying other kids in the area.. at some point they will have given themselves a gang name, usually related to where they are from.. in these areas a reputation for being 'tough' is glamorous to these kids so being in a gang fuels thier aspirations and makes them feel protected some extent.
I think the single best thing we can do is somehow, stop these dysfunctional families having kids. They just produce more dross and we (taxpayer) have to fund their lifestyle, have our kids get sold drugs by them. And have to pay to police them. They offer absolutely nothing to society. How else can you stop it?
@@RaferJeffersonIII I take your point, you need a license to drive a car but any fool can have a child type of thing. I think the problem is that not all disfunctional families produce these types of kids and perfectly functional families can produce ‘bad’ people. I don’t think it’s something you can eradicate completely but maybe through the right education and investment in things like crime and rehabilitation you can reduce the problem.
@@BagofDreams I’d favour military conscription. If you are nice to these people, they will take every last penny. There was a school of thought pre Blair that if you invested and gave help, that would solve the issue. It didn’t help. These are generally fatherless sons, or homes where the father is an abject loser. Put them in amongst strong, disciplined men who don’t take their shyt and give them the skills of self discipline. I used to be a socialist and believe all people are good and corrupted by the system but now I think the only way these people can be reached is via consequences and force.
@@RaferJeffersonIII like with everything the answer is probably a balance between the carrot and the stick, similarly with political/economic theories, the right balance of socialism and capitalism (a mixed economy) provides the maximum benefit in my view.
Hi would you say that these gangs are lower down on the pecking order than real drug money making gangs where they have hit men and stuff, but if they are just a bunch of kids then they can get there hands on some guns in the croxteth area in 2006 they found like 5 hand guns an uzi and 2 shotguns, also do you think there is any leadership in gangs like this?
Hi - It's not what you would call leadership as such, these will be kids ranging from early teens to late teens or even early twenties so the younger lads may look up to the older lads. What tends to happen is, the tougher kids or the kids who are prepared to commit violent acts with weapons etc will also be looked up to and 'respected' within the group. You are right in that these are lower in the pecking order but there will be links to 'organised' criminal gangs, hence having access to guns.
@gruzzo18 They do have higher assault rates. Because in Brazil and Russia, many cases of assault don't get reported, or the police do not find out whether they are true or not. The only way they can get this data is to see how many convictions or confirmed police reports of assault there are. If nobody is approaching the police about them, there won't be anything noted in the data.

Heroin and other things destroyed Liverpool, my gran was from Bootle and my dad from south of Liverpool and he always told me it was a nice town and began going downhill when alot of "travellers" arrived and stuff started to go missing....everything from washing lines to entire fields of spuds overnight. Shame.
Entire fields of spuds😆
Hahahahahaha the spud cartel
Dublin owns Liverpool 🇮🇪 prods wont do shi
Yes lad
Dublin doesnt run shit, speaking of which im italian and my family are running liverpool hahahahahaha 😂😂😂
Manchester gangs would smash the Scouse gangs

yeah they would use weapons and have like 20 mates behind them whilst doing it
How can you accidentally throw a bike through a window
One of these guys is called Anthony Tierney and he got caught bumming a pigeon
Headbutted into a freezer? Fuck yeah!
Scouse Trappin😂
@gruzzo18 They do have higher assault rates. Because in Brazil and Russia, many cases of assault don't get reported, or the police do not find out whether they are true or not. The only way they can get this data is to see how many convictions or confirmed police reports of assault there are. If nobody is approaching the police about them, there won't be anything noted in the data.
Its really annoying when you live in the same area an you see nothing like this
feel bad only if it was one second longer
Now I am scared to go to Liverpool
