Seeing that T card made me think of when I was 18, fresh from Boston, sitting on the beach in Southern California. All the dreams and the whole world ahead of me. Just like millions of others.

Love the hunts at the Beach ... Yeah. Give you a different kind of workout walking in the sand for sure.

I think Christine and I will pick up the pace with our clean ups... Try and go to the beach just to collect trash..... It is kinds fun to walk up to people and collect trash right in front of them...lol

Nice beach hunt. when you started watching the waves. That part was pretty cool cause the waves crashed and then rolled towards you. Not bad on clad and a couple more rings to add to the end of the yr. See You in 2023 You and Christine and little kitty have a Happy New Year. Peace
Thank you... I can sit out there and just watch waves... so nice and relaxing. I was out there for 5 hours and the time flew by. Hoping for an awesome 2023 for everyone!!!
That was awesome watching the waves go out and in at the same moment. I felt like I was there feeling the sand shifting beneath my feet and in between my toes. Long lost memories came flooding back to me.

Good morning Bill! Greetings from Northern California! It’s funny, I dug one of those serenity prayers that are so popular with AA. Mine is the same style pendant as yours and I just thought of it as a keychain fob but it didn’t occur to me that it resembled a dog tag.
Weird miss on my part, since my father was in the Army fifty years!
Tough day on the beach… uh, but to anyone who hadn’t been to the beach in years, that sounds like a non-sequitur! 🤣

Fantastic hunt video Bill! I guess the beach was a little stingy today. The still photos were cool. Did you notice the cloud over the Ferris wheel that followed the outline of the wheel. That was one of the luckiest shots I’ve seen!

Nice surprise! Thought we weren't gonna' see your mug 'til Saturday. Guess you just can't stay away from it either. You won't be seeing those "dog tags" handed out in church unless it's in their basement rental to an AA group. It's the serenity AA prayer spoken aloud together to open and close meetings. And as far as I know "GOD" can be anything that one feels is the higher power that guides them. Nice eh! I am so envious of your weather right now. I do a fair bit of lake shore hunting on our little isl. most of the fresh water edgea are is still a slushy 6" of snow. On the other hand, I just have to stare at a melting pile of plowed snow in our town parking lots to usually getting a coin surface find. No wonder you guys think we all ride around on sleds because everybody likes to mention the word snow when they say CANADA. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU DIGGIN'SOCAL PALS OUT THERE. Happy Hunting! When you hunt try pushing the noise cancel down and holding it down til it start recycling through all the numbers when it stops at one number and don't cycle no more the let up on the noise cancel button.should be in high conductors.sometimes this works just as good in single frequencies especially 5 khz.
I will look into that... I am not familiar with that ability and really appreciate the advice. Happy New Year

I use the Xtreme and got it from their website....xtremescoops.com/. Christine uses the CKG. I personally like mine better....
Should be able to get 12 inches on a dime or deeper 15 inches on a nickel 18 inches on a quarter 20 inches on a half dollar.your going deeper covering more ground.recovery speed should be 3 or four if the ground permits you could go lower on recovery speed.
