Drill into them the fundamentals. I know that sounds basic and generic. But Luke Walton, the Lakers coach, now has his team practicing like a high school team to drill home the fundamentals.
Of course, those fundamentals will be different from 6-7th grade vs. the NBA so you'll have to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of your team.

    Is that normal?
Like in 5v5 when we are training i like to pull from NBA range and shit but when im in a competitive game im always going straigth to the rack
I prefer to shoot from long range and i know i can make those but i think im scare of taking those (because i think if im not making the shot coach will say "bad shot" and likely take me out of the game) what can i do to become confident in that part of my game?
Because im really confident in the other part of my game (like dribbling, fadeaway mid range)

I worked on these skills everyday and test them on bigger, tougher and more-experienced opponents. The only ones that were visible were my shooting and defense. I can shoot the ball and swish it whenever I got a good space or if I focus enough. I can get the rebounds almost every time, but my timing is sometimes off just like my timing for the block. I could also intercept a pass, if I set up just right.
I'am not athletic, but I'am working on it 5 days a week. But I'am always worried about my own, because I'am 17 and just started basketball 15, that time opened my eyes and gave me a dream, a road to the nba.
I am having difficulties with the post, for I can always be pushed around. I know I could do the same, but sometimes I'am either just weaker or just hesitant. I also have issues with my layups. I practiced a lot of angles of the board; right hand on the left side of the board vice versa, floaters with both hands, finishing underhand, overhand, and at the side both hands, even change-shot layups to be flexible with my current hang time, etc. But the issue is...I panic, I can't handle the contact, and most certainly...my shots don't go in whenever I feel that I use my practice, same problem with the post. I train on my own before every game, I'll admit it...I jack a lot of shots, but I also gave the same amount of practice with ball handling, footwork, finishing, and some plays.
I really want to try out your programs too, and wish to join in your camps. But I'am on the other side of the Earth to do so, that's why I just watch your vids and many others. They helped a little, but I still have yet to find the solution to my struggles.
I once have tried to be over confident, but it degrades my decision making...Man, I just don't know anymore. I wanted to share my story here, hopefully to get a word or some advice. To be honest, this was a hard decision; because I wanted to this on my own, but I really need help.
Until now, I haven't given up and I am still working hard.
If you got this, thank you in advance.

We have a variety of nationalities represented at EGTLive; African American, Mexican American, Canadian, Indian, etc...
All of the players go through an application process and the best candidates are selected. No bias. We just want the best players with the best coachable attitudes.

I’m not a coach but you can post it on your RUclips channel I’ll be interested in watching you have to work harder than everybody else use your imagination and pretend there’s a defender work every day especially because there’s probably not the best competition level so You basically gotta be the best player in your area then see if you can get to the United States or Canada

    Defense wins Championship :D

Correct. And one of the overlooked reasons why defense wins championships is it takes MASSIVE discipline of CONSTANT effort to be a great defender.
